Anyways, I know one such school here in Germany and I can tell you - it's totally unaccessible for people from outside so even if you know the school's name, you'll never get close/inside. Good for RC - both: for being safe there and to be among other kids and not just with a private teacher at home. I went to a public school... and yes there was a dress code, and certain restrictions here and there -- but never anything about what length your hair had to be. I would have been so mad if my school told me to cut my hair! LOL. Everyone freaks out if Céline cuts off all of her hair and dyes it blonde... and no one can seem to decide whether or not they like RC with long hair or short hair.
