Oh wow! Wish I could go, anything that happens in South France interests me. :D If only someone could pay my flight. :D

Damn, flights from Helsinki to Montpellier are pretty expensive. 208 € to Paris... :hmm:

Yep they are. I actually went straight to check the prices, and I found I could get a two-way ticket to Paris with 250 €. :D Unfortunately my budget doesn't allow it at the moment. :down: Any chance something similar will be organized next spring? :D

Darren, you could definitely get a train up to Narbonne. It's only 2 hours away from Barcelona by car, and only 1 hour away from Montpellier / Grau du Roi. Moreover, someone is coming by car from Toulouse and therefore will go to Narbonne before getting to le Grau du Roi... so carpool could be organized.

 

Don't start playing with us, you don't know what we'd be ready to do for you to make it there. :P

A train from Girona to Cerbère is very quick and then we could move up to Montpellier with ease. I'll try my best to make some changes in our working schedules and go. I'll PM you then, Fanny, and thank you for your quick replies and clarification. ^_^

Have fun everyone who goes. Sounds like my ideal first trip to France, but unfortunately I just can't see it happening budget wise or the fact that I don't speak French...yet! But again, have fun everyone who goes. Can't wait to hear about it.

Not everyone speaks french, we do have some english-speaking participants (and more soon I hope!).

You can say that...

 

451 EUR in economy with Air France... (And I even don't like AF)

326 EUR in first class with the TGV... Both ex-BRU

 

 

I'll think I'll skip it... Maybe someother time in Canada or the US...

Yes, but it takes long... A direct ride with the TGV from Brussels will take 5h30...

 

And you can't call it cheap...

326 EUR (OK, it's first class) is a lot of money for a +5h trainride... (but in the end reasonable)

And it seems there aren't any Hilton properties in the neighbourhood :(

I hope that one day you will take part in one our projects ! Actually, no, we're are not all redheads, we came up with this name after the Arras show (France) where we organized our first "event" with red balloons (I think we will be able to see that in the DVD...)

We informed you almost one month before the meeting because we didn't have the confirmation of Gérard Schachmès coming.

 

In the french section, the meeting is announced since june.

I´m stuck in Iceland so I wont be joining you but expect to hear a lot of stories in the english section :) my french isn´t good enough
