Join us now in this great meeting which will gather fans from all over the world in the South of France!

 

CALENDAR OF EVENTS

 

- Take part in the shooting on the beach of the movie 6x7 for Céline's 42th birthday,

- Be part of a memorable party with a very special guest, Gérard Schachmes, the official photographer of the Taking Chances World Tour, who will introduce us his book « Céline autour du monde » in world-wide premiere!

 

FRIDAY EVENING, 18TH OF SEPTEMBER

6pm : Arrival of attendees / keys for the accommodation given

Welcome drinks

 

SATURDAY, 19TH OF SEPTEMBER

 

8am – 8:45am : Breakfast

9:30am : Transfer to the shooting place (beach) / Explanation / Training

12:00am – 1:00pm : Picnic on the beach

1:00pm – 1:30pm : Last rehearsal before the shooting

2:00pm : Aerial movie from a microlight/ultralight

3:00pm : Aerial movie from a plane

4:00pm : Return to the chalets / Light meal / Rest

 

 

8:00pm : THE RED HEADS' NIGHT FEVER!

SUNDAY MORNING, 20TH OF SEPTEMBER

 

9:00am – 11:00am : Brunch / It's only a goodbye...

 

 

You will be housed in charming wood chalets with a capacity of 10 persons each for the nights of september 18th and 19th. They are located a few miles away from the beach.

 

Moreover, car pooling will be organized in order to facilitate the trips between train stations / airports and the meeting place, as well as for every transfer from there.

 

 

COSTS OF THE WEEK-END

 

72 € ALL INCLUSIVE (£ 64 / $ 104)

Red Heads' Night Fever Party = 30 €

Yes, but it's a very big organisation, and we really would that this meeting will be read by all fans.

 

I am thinking about posting this topic in all sections with translation.

The best thing to do is to speak to the Admins and Design Team and see if they can put a banner regarding this, at the top of the forum where everyone can see it and click on the banner to be directed to the topic to learn more about it!

Yes it's a very good Idea, we are wainting to speak with Koolan about that.

 

But, we are looking for translaters, cause not all fan speak english...

 

We just found an Italian fan, but there is still one spanish translater missing. If somebody knows someone... THANKS FOR YOUR HELP !

Like Ceddup said, we have already booked 5 chalets, which corresponds to 50 people. So far, 46 fans are participating.

 

If many more join us, we will book other chalets... hoping that they are still avalaible. So really, the deadline is on September, 13th (one week before the event). However, if you are interested, please let us know soon so that we can keep you a bed in one of the chalets... otherwise you would have to go to a hotel (again, if all the chalets are taken, which I can not know now), which would be more expensive for you.

If you are speaking about not attending the week-end at all, then no. It is not a video like the videos that were made before- pictures of fans, videos of fans saying happy birthday... we are wishing her a happy birthday in different ways: a banner falling from a bridge, a banner on the roof of a house, a message in candles, a sexy woman lying next to a pool, with suncream in her back that shows "happy birthday"... we will only need fans for the final scene, on the beach, which is why we are organizing this big meeting in the Grau du Roi (one of the biggest beaches in France).

 

We are trying to be innovative. I guess this doesn't sound very clear to you, but we are making a trailer with the scenes that we have already made...

 

 

Darren, you could definitely get a train up to Narbonne. It's only 2 hours away from Barcelona by car, and only 1 hour away from Montpellier / Grau du Roi. Moreover, someone is coming by car from Toulouse and therefore will go to Narbonne before getting to le Grau du Roi... so carpool could be organized.

 

Don't start playing with us, you don't know what we'd be ready to do for you to make it there.
