holy crap the last few episodes of the first season got so intense! I'm currently almost finished with 2x01, and loving it.

 

- Jessica is annoying as f***.

- I still wish I could read minds like Sookie.

- I am really reallyyyyyy intrigued about Maryann, dying to find out more about her and her history with Sam

- Sam is kind of awesome. I love how protective he is of Sookie.

- Jason is still hot. And I cried when Amy died, I actually really liked her lol

The second season is fantastic! Especially the second episode. It's full of humour, love, mystery etc. I just love it!

Did you get to the second episdoe in the second season, yeah she gets WORSE. I am dying for the 3rd episode, alsdkfjs ugh! The second ends really like

 

Dude dude dude I KNOW I KNOW! I knew that the moment Tara accepted the invetation to stay at her house, i was like "OH MY GOSH PIG LADY ALSKDJFLS" then i was like "Wait ... what the f*** .. somethings wrong."

 

Sam is getting on my nerves more and more as the season goes on I like how protective he is as well, but it's pushing Sookie away, she needs to know that even though she needs protected, she can still look out for herself.

 

Jason is SO hot :wub: I LOOVEDD Amy! When i saw her I was like "HEY! She's from Mean Girls!", totally different look she had ahaha, i loved it.

I'm addicted to this show -- it's the only TV show that I HAVE to watch! I want to read the books eventually too. It's like the adult (sometimes VERY adult) version of Twilight. I like Twilight too though, I'm reading that series now. What is it with vampires? They sure are entertaining.

I am watching the 4th episode of the second season and saw the most funniest joke I´ve seen on it!

 

Jason said something like, Jesus is the first vampire, he rose up from the death, made people drink his blood so they would feel better

i started watching it this season and i just love the show, I watched on HBO Ole (latinamerica) so i might be a bit behind...

I'm a HUUUUGE fan of the books!!!!

I only learned about them some months ago and recently I read all 10 books in one row + the short stories collection book. Now I will have a hard time waiting for the 11th book... *siiiigh*

 

The books are called "Southern Vamipire Mysteries", written by Charlaine Harris.

 

Guess now since I'm done with the books, I'll finally get to watch the TV series. Normally I don't watch TV at all but I downloaded the series and already watched the 1st episode of the 1st season so it makes me very curious how it will continue. Plus, I've read that the TV series are not exactely based on the books. The plot around Sookie is almost the same but there are some alternative plots and characters that don't match the books so even if you know the books, you can still get surprised by the TV series.

 

3rd season kicks off on 13th June in the US.

 

Ahh, and last but not least: I dearly deadly love Eric. Period. :heart:

I am loving the 3rd season. It started out a little slow but it's picking up great now. The Bill/Lorena sex scene a few episodes ago was one of the most shocking things i've ever seen on TV.

It's probably only a very few weeks until "Dead Reckoning", the 11th book in this fabulous series is going to be released, yayyyy!! :clap:

 

Anyone else here being excited too and can't wait to get your hands on that book??
