This series is absolutely amazing. I've watched the entire first season, and I love it to death. I love the whole storyline of it and everything, it's like what Twilight should be(no offense to Twilight fans on here). But the weird thing is, a lot of Twilight fans say this series ripped off Twilight, when the book series that this show is adapted from(very closely, also), came out before the first Twilight book. But either way, this show is incredible. The best thing on TV right now. The 2nd season opener last night was awesome.

me me, love it! I´m a vampire addict. Love Twilight and True Blood. Don´t care if something looks like or doesn´t look like. I just love it.

 

The first season was great! A little dirty hehe.. but I can´t wait to see the next season I have the first episode, just haven´t watched

I don´t like comparing as True Blood and Twilight are so different. But I´ve heard both sides, some like True Blood more and some like Twilight more.

 

But I´ve heard that the books are a LOT better than the series. One girl I know can´t even watch the series because it´s a bad script from the books.

There is no denying that there are similar, but if anything Twilight is copying the book series, because the Sookie Stackhouse series came out before Twilight. And I always found that Twilight was much less mature and full of more cliches. But I do think that they decided to interpret the Sookie books for TV in the wake of Twilight's success.

God, I barely even watch TV lol. The only time I really watch TV is when my gf comes over - otherwise I'm just a computer person lol. But it looks good - I enjoy Twilight, so I'm sure I wouldn't mind True Blood.

well I never saw it this way. Well Sam isn´t a werewolf

But yes ok I see how they look like each other so I take back my previous statement.

 

I just felt they were different since True Blood is a lot darker than Twilight and focuses differently on vampires.

Also that the vampires in True Blood are totally different than in Twilight
