maybe is in Ganon Ilsand because when Celine bought her house in Ganon, she also acquired some houses near the street that leads to her mansion to be used by family and friends...

i dont' think she give or buy houses for all her family, but yes for those who are close to her probably like Michel, Linda and maybe Manon too, in her authorized bio book in like around 91 her brothers / sisters begin to ask Celine for things ( cars , house .. and so on) cause they think Celine's famous and rich and so on..which breaks Celine's heart too...

that is so sad about her brothers and sisters asking for her to buy things. Yeah of course your siblings but still. You can't mooch off your own family like that. Of course she is a giving person, but its gotta be hard for her every someone asks her for something.

In the DVD about the life of Maman Dion there is an extra feature about a family party at this house. Those pictures are indeed from Maman Dion's house. In the DVD you can see that in the living room there is a big glass window and outside there is a river. So maybe it is in Ile Gagnon.

Did you know that Celine adores everything that surrounds interior design? When it comes to decorating a home, Celine loves to work with anything white: white walls, white floors, white furniture! Celine had used this colour to decorate her mother's cottage in Quebec, as well as her mother's house in Florida.

The first picture is taken from the back of the house! the one where you see the water is the front of the house!

Saw it from the bridge. and from the back !

Maman dion's house is less than a km away from l'île gagnon if you go by car, but from maman dion'd boat dock you can actually see l'île gagnon's from the back! from afar, it looked like a very nice house! lots of windows! that's why the article is entitled: the house of lights!

Well she joked on tour she took her Kayak and went to see her mother...so looking at that photo maybe she really did!

I heard her say that too and thought she was kidding but knowing Céline I bet she did hop in a boat and go see her mama! I think it's great she can have her family close by. And beautiful, beautiful houses! I'm an architect/designer and I love love love the Chateau. Magnifique!

OMG! She's got a swedish sewing machine! (The company was founded in Huskvarna, 15-20 minutes away from this very keyboard ) And it looks like a Designer1, if so we have the same one!
