I met my husband here on this same forum, and that's the most amazing thing that's happened to me. :wub:

Also, I'd like to give a big shoutout to the amazing people that I have befriended or regularly speak with here: Flaca, Emily, Samanta, Cath, Dhruvie, Sebbie, Nicky, Davey, Kimberly, Krys, Edwin, Frida, Géraldine, Linda, Claire, Guido, Rodrigo, Astrid, Angel... the list goes on!!

I have met sooo many new friends since I'm a Celine fan. Actually I had no real friends before.

Well I was very happy to meet some people from the Polish Celine forum before her Cracow concert, and even before that thanks to a thread about Celine on one Polish community website (something like Facebook just not international) I found out that a girl from my faculty is a huge fan of Celine's and we went to the concert together! I believe she is also a member here, but I don't know if she still visits the forum. And, thanks to the same thread, I met a girl who joined us at the concert, and we're friends now. We write to each other sometimes and we're planning to meet some time soon, drink wine, have some girl talk and watch Celine DVD's all weekend long

And of course I'm happy to be here, I'm already beginning to get to know some people better and I feel really good on the forum, I keep wondering why I hardly ever wrote anything or even came here for the first 3.5 ys of being a member... I won't leave you guys too soon now

i did the SAME thing! I signed up in 2005 but it wasnt till mid of 2008 that I actually started posting and becoming close to everyone ... gah, imagine how many posts i would have lol.. haha :doh: My first post when I came back was about how badly i wanted to meet Celine, heck I even put it in the wrong thread and everything. i was a mess.. :giggle: But i still got such a great response from people.. i knew this was a great place! :bye1:

Being a part of a Celine mega-fan changed my life. Indeed, I have met some amazing people, friends, and experiences I never dreamed in a million years that would happen and I will remember all in my lifetime. Celine is a blessing not only because of her talent but also the love she creates. :group:

Uh..i met many people right here and we actually became very good friends.I also met some people in Paris during the tour.But from all those friends i really have two BEST friends forever.They r awesome.

By this chance i send greetings to my first friend whom i met here.He was always with me and supported me in anything and i hope that we can go together wherever to share this passion for Celine.

Some time ago, a girl from our forum (Paulin@) and I decided to meet for a cup of coffee and a nice chat. The chat was very nice indeed, 80% of the conversation was obviously related to our girl Celine :giggle:

But we didn't talk ONLY about her. And I'm sure we'll see each other again many times, it's so nice to make friends through this forum and through Celine!

I have made some AMAZING friends thru Céline! They really are so dear to me, I think what was said before is so very true, that when you meet you become instant friends, like you always have been because you share a Céline bond! True kindred spirits! I came to the forum a bit late for meeting a lot of you on tour BUT I absolutely cannot wait to adventure out into the world with all of you whenever the time comes!!

The video is just beautiful, and shows how friendships can start and continue for many years even if you have never met each other. I have been a fan of Celine's for 18 years and because I work full time and have a family I have never been able to follow Celine and see many shows. I am so envious when I see how others can see show after show and meet so many wonderful friends and share so many wonderful experiences together. :in_love:

So, this time in 2011, I am going to Vegas for the 15th and 16th and hopefully will be staying for 5 days. Im taking a chance by travelling all the way to Vegas on my own (which I have never done before) and would love to meet all those familiar and friendly faces that I have read about and followed their Celine adventures. :clap:

Although I am 33 years of age, I am unable to tell my family of my upcoming adventure , only my husband knows and is excited for me.They would never understand and often tell me to "grow up" whenever I go on about Celine. :confused:

So, whilst I am in Vegas I would love to meet up with everyone to make my Celine adventure even more special. :wub:
