I'm so mad over the express service. It was supposed to be delivered to me 3 days ago. But they made a huge mistake, delivered it to another city, thank god I found it in time, and stopped them, ask them deliver it back to me. Now I'm still waiting for my package. They'd better deliver it to me tomorrow, or I'd ask them refund me.

How can they mess up like that?!

They used to use DHL for all the shipping. I think to lower the cost, also maybe due to DHL is quitting the US market. They use an express service deliver it to their office in Beijing, then use a local express service mail the packages to addresses in China. The problem come from their office in Beijing. They put a wrong address on my package when they handled it to the local express, so the local express mailed it to another city. Thank god I track my package everyday, I was so shocked when I saw it was shipped to another city. I called the local express and confirmed the address on the package was wrong. So I had to call their office in Beijing and ask them stop it and send it back to Beijing. But it was already on the road to another city which is in Sichuan, over 2000KM away. So it had to reach the city, then be shipped back to me. It just arrived that city yesterday, now it's on the road back to Beijing. I'm so pissed. My package could be lost if I didn't found it in time. I hope I could get it with no damage. They seriously need to refund me.

You know what's funny. When I found out they shipped it to Sichuan, I was actually having a business trip in Sichuan. I thought for a second, how the hell did they know I was in Sichuan. Then I realised it must be their mistake, they can't knew that.

I got my wedding shoes! The last pair at BG.com. Ivory coloured Lady Bows- bow topped slingbacks from Mr. Louboutin. I like them, they'll be great for the wedding, and I'll get a ton of use out of them later. I would have preferred something snazzier but my dress is so snazzy and I can't find anything anywhere in my size and the right color right now, I went with these The red soles will match the Celine Dion roses in my bouquet Can't wait to get them! dahhh first Louboutins!

Finally got my package. Tom Ford sunglasses, Fendi Sunglasses, Alexander McQueen belt and jeans.

Love the TF and McQ. The items are so nice. Definitely worth the waiting.

I got my 2nd pair of shoes this morning, but they might be going back. I knew they were ½ size different, but the difference in heel height is HUGE and that wasn't written in the description. Can't feel much when I have them on, you don't notice it when I'm walking, it's when they come off you notice it... But I got them at 90% off, never worn, Neiman Marcus's pricetag still on the sole.. Should I just suck it up and wear the heck out of them?

The seller is a business actually (20,000+ feedback), and since they made a mistake they have to take them back... But is is nice of them to do so, of course

I'm having shoe issues, as well. have any of you ever dealt with Bergdorf Goodman's NYC store or online? I ordered my shoes a week ago and have received no shipping info and I was supposed to have them in the next few days at the latest. After talking with them tonight on the phone they said the shoes were at the NYC store and they would ship them out and they'd just arrive without any kind of shipping notification.....and they told me calling the NYC store directly would not help because they wouldn't know or have a record of when they shipped them out...so...

 

My shoes are lost in the mail! It's frustrating I can't at least track them or even know that they were shipped. they'll apparently just POOF arrive someday. Hope it's before Oct 3rd.
