Can anyone recommend how to get protective covers for my cardleeves? So far I've found plastic covers for CDs only but cardleeves don't fit .

I use this PVC sleeves to protect them, and the cardsleeves fit inside very well (well, except the Aun existe amor CD single which is bigger than the rest of them, 127x127mm instead of th standard 125x125mm, and most of the Australian cardsleeves which are also bigger).

 

There are many options, with or without flap, with plain or grainy finishing... Mines are grainy (to avoid scratches and marks on the plastic cover with time) and with flap, for a full protection of the cardsleeve in every side

Thank you! You wouldn't have a link to where you buy them from? I can't quite see the same on Amazon and don't want to buy ones that are too small, again.

Haha well I buy mines in the stationery right under my place lol. There are made in Spain, but I suggest you trying in a stationery shop there or if you use eBay, there are plenty of them for sale!

Yes haha, I think it's by far my most favourite cardsleeve of her, not only because it's a Spanish song but also for the gorgeous picture cover they used Though I must say I damaged a bit the cardsleeve the first time I tried to put it inside one of these plastic sleeves It's so big it doesn't fit in any model I tried!

Yeah those ones on eBay were the same I bought but they were too small

I really don't know what to do but I want to start protecting them much more as I am noticing that those that I have had for a long time without a sleeve are not in such a good state anymore.

 

Yeah, Aun existe amor has such a beautiful cover. I still have never seen it on sale!

Wow never saw that one before! That's beautifully designed for a change That front picture cover is a rare one from this album photoshoot, but Céline looks gorgeous there.

 

How many singles with great artwork has she missed in the last 10 years, because of the lack of CD singles released or with blank/CD-R formats or the insane b/w pictures always using the same photo as the album cover

there's always one seller who sells these...very very dodgy! And they look too good to be true. And with Celine releases, when it's too good to be true, it's not!

wahaha - you can just tell by the text layout and 'that sticker' these arnt designers working for record companies doing these. and that logo wasnt used for taking chances.

on ebay I have seen a promo SOLA OTRA VEZ from Mexico (PRCD 96699). The seller gives the information "1 of 500 copies". My question: Has someone a realistic value how much is the number of copies for a promo CD like this or other Celine promos ?

Many promos are not very rare like this and other promos like HAVE A HEART (CSK 3171) are extremely rare. How much of them were manufactured, who knows something about their number of copies ?

I was wondering if someone could answer this question for me...I've tried to buy the Columbia House CCK version of D'eux 3 times and each time the case and the cd have not matched. The case says the normal CK 80219 and the cd says CCK 80219. Is this the way it was released? All of the other CCK releases say CCK on the case and on the cd.

The plastic cover is an addition of mine. The quality of the CD and the paper are noteworthy. I must listen to it as the track listing says "Chamada", Portuguese for "radio call/announcement".

i know i saw those! they look gorgeous but i came to the conclusion they were fake as looking at the other things he had for sale there were a lot of obvious fake things...including encore un soir maxi which i dont think ever existed

IMO they are fake too... The big shame is that Sony just isn't interested in releasing these kind of items for Celine anymore. Another give away is the fact that L'Etoile doesn't have an etoile on the i! Also, if all the EUS singles were just cd-r's in a cheap card board sleeve in France... then why of a sudden creat slick slim line promo's for non French areas?
