hahaha. oh well - it not like he can do anything he's the seller ha.

yeh i had to put them somewhere coz i had way too many so boxes was the answer...thats my wardrobe at home - its been completely taken over haha - below it where the clothes used to hang...are piles more boxes haha!

How many CDs would you say you have then? Must be about 1000 surely?

As for me, I have 27 items! (plus 3 to be delivered) As you can tell I only been collecting for about 6 months!

I am only 14 and my only income apart from pocket money from my parents is mowing the lawns so winter is a hard time for me cos the grass dosen't grow!!! :angry2: :giggle:

^^Well, I don't have that much money, I just ''replaced'' my collection. I collected Spice Girls (and Solo) for 6 years and I sold all that (keeping just main stuff + signed items) and now collecting Celine

pahaha classic - yeh well i dunno ive never really counted it - i think that would be the bulk...prob not including box sets....3" cds...cassettes....vinyls....dvds....that would be purely cds - but i don't think i have alllooot of stuff...i like to think i have alot of rare stuff...i go for the jugular! haha i'd rather spend limitless amounts of money on 1 rare item that i reeeally want rather than getting 20 versions of taking chances that i'll never look at. and altho ive been collecting since like 99 propperly....im verrry picky...i wont buy stuff unless its good condition so ive let alooot of stuff go in the past waiting for better copies haha. Yeah I only buy stuff that's in good condition too, unless the seller lies like yestersday... :whistling:

Haha, good choice. That's still a lot money involved though. Hope you'd never sell Celine items.

Well, not selling them for a while for sure! Well, at least when I sell them I know some fans would be happy to get them a new home :thumbsup2:

btw e-bay sucks lately with the e-mail sending!!! I lost out on 2 great items again, cos the reminder e-mails were send way too late!! In the past you get 1 they day before it ends, now it's only a few hours before! :angry:

something very strange happened, i received the miracle long box edition a few day ago...it was sealed and all, but when i opened it i saw it had no booklet....just the cd & dvd....i've checked for the IFPs on the back of the discs and they are there, so i believe it's not a fake....still a strange incident. LOL!

That's weird. Was there actually space on the right hand side for the booklet to go? :blink:

yes, but that space is empty. i don't know what they've done....because the dvd and cd work perfectly...maybe they printed it again and didn't include the booklet...

It's probably just a reject. :giggle: Luckily it's not that rare so ou can get another one reasonably cheap if you want...

How do you know where the edition number is because on some of the cds I cant find them and on the ebay listings they dont give the number so you dont know whether you already have that edition. Maybe Im a little naieve but I find it quite confusing :shrug:

Are all the card sleeve singles the French releases? Or are they released everywhere in Europe as the basic CD singles?

I think they're mainly released in France and Belgium, don't know why :shrug: . But they are very popular there, much more than the jewelcase ones (those are the main format in the UK and not cardsleeves for example).

One that has become harder and rare to find is the UK I'm Alive promo single, which comes in a pink disc. But as far as I know it was also distributed in the Netherlands, not only in the UK.

And of course, then you have all those australian rare cardsleeves (Only One Road, Next Plane Out, If You Asked Me To etc), the french promo ones (Je Crois Toi, En Attendant Ses Pas, A Cause, Immensité) and some US and Spanish exceptions like the promo for Aún Existe Amor or Sola Otra Vez, or TFTEISYF and Just Walk Away

I believe Sweden also releases singles in card sleeve. I used to have some Spice Girls singles (Swedish card editions)

Thanks Davey. I wasn't sure how to collect singles. I think with each release I'l buy the card version, the jewel case maxi version, and any UK versions (if they exist). I'm hoping this year to collect lots of Celine stuff. I only have 8 singles at the moment.
