I have neaver been so pleased about a celine cd in my life than i am with this! i think it was expected to do 'OK' in the uk in the first few weeks, but 6 weeks later im so happy!!!!!!

According to Hits Daily Double "The Essential Collection" did not register in the top 50.

 

The number 50 album sold roughly 24,000 copies and last week Celines abum sold 19K in the states.

 

Most albums in the top 50 saw an increase.....so if "The essential collection" did increase it's sales it wasnt by a whole lot.

 

I'm guessing the ablum sold between 15-20k this week in the USA. But we'll see thursday.

 

Next week will be the week to watch

the album sales is slowly increasing. #11 sold 103k i hope she managed to sell around 18k.
