I have a fair busy live

 

I'm an assistant fleet & materialmanager at a large construction company (specialised in green areas, road & bridge construction/maintenance) in Belgium and that for about 7 years now. I'm mostly busy with buying new equipment, trucks, cars, vans, etc... Sometimes i'm also busy with visiting our different construction sites through the country to make some films for our company presentations. Before my current employer I've worked for 3 years at one of the worlds largest crane rental companies where I was in a simmilar position.

 

Beside my daytime job I'm also the president of a large non profit organisation for emergency personnel. We have about 11.000 members at this point.

 

And i'm also a fire photographer for some firedepartments (sometimes also for the police) including sometimes working for the press.

^^ im going to be either a computer engineer, or a graphic designer. Graphic design is the new thing for me, I have a trial version of photoshop and cant do much with it, I want to learn how to make those cool images yaw have in your signatures

actually you can do a lot with a trial version of Photoshop. the trial is already the full version. just that it expires after 30 days or so

I'm a college graduate with a BA degree in management information systems. I'm currently taking a course for my MCSA ceritification. I hope to become a CCNA later. And, of course, my second job is administering the forum.

that's interesting... isn't that where you work for like Dell and people call in and you help them with problems?

 

im a foundation year student in a communication design college. 3 years later i will graduate with a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration second job will be moderating the forum

on 13rd of octomber i'll start my 3 year course at New York College at Athens.I will study Marketing -Advertisment,and all the subjects will be in english.So i found i way to improve them

my neighbor's daughter goes to school in Charlotte, NC and does that, makes a TON of money too! with just an internship

 

I'm a university student at the moment, I should be graduating somewhere around 2011 I hope.. But I've taken a lot of time off, so we'll see if I make it in 3 years. But I study French as a major and will perhaps end up as a French teacher. Or something else related to speaking French and other languages/international affairs.

 

I would also like to propose another question about your professions. What ever your professions are, do you feel you're in the right job/do you like what you're doing, or would you rather be doing something else? What's your dream job in other words. (Though some of you maybe answered to this already.)

I always dream about having a farm somewhere in the countryside, raising horses and maybe some other animals. I guess that is what I would really like to do if I could do whatever I wanted.

My dream dream dream job...would to be a singer, but I can't sing. Lol. In all honesty though, I would love to magically come up with enough money to support me for the rest of my life (ie lottery, lol), and then live on a beach in the winter/quebec in the summer and during the day volunteer my time at a humane society then at night I can write great novels. OMG, or I would love to open a talent agency and make other peoples dreams come true. Aw, I think thats why I can't find a job, because I dream too much lol.

 

You know what else would be great? To be Celine's assistant.

I am currently a Uni student studying Art, Graphics and Photography - Which of next year I will be studying just Graphics Design. I want to eventually become a Graphics Designer and move to a big city...We can all hope I guess .

 

I am also working part-time as a Team Leader in a shop - boo!

My title in HR is Client Support Analyst which is so generic you'd never know what I do But basically I am a point of contact for our Faculty and Staff regarding their technical issues from their email problems to our learning management system. So people either email, call or visit me at my office. It's a lot of communication verbally and written, thus why I am able to multitask and be on the forum and on MSN whilst not hurting the amount of work I do.

 

Unfortunately unlike Krys or Vic I don't do anything for the forum, yet Except post a lot in OT

i'd love to do that too

 

I'm a professional musician, I play keyboards/piano, I work with Le Cirque Du Soleil, I'm also an audio engineer/tech, and I own a recording studio.

I'm a pharmacist. My role is quite unique in that I help with the pharmacy operations for all our retail chains across the United States. It keeps me busy and so far it's been an interesting and fulfilling role ever since I started with the same company as a pharmacy technician ten years ago.

I made my vocal baccalaureat diploma for social - and health Science (and worked in a hospital while doing this) and now I'm about to make my secondary school leaving exam to be able to enter medical school, because I wanna be a paediatric neurosurgeon and I'm also about to become an educator!

Well I am a double major in Business Management and Mortuary Science. I always get that weird look like WTF?? I guess i dont fit that sterotype of someone in that line of work. I hope to own Funeral homes hints the Business Management and of course im getting the degree in Morts because in order to run something you should know how it works first hand.

 

On the other hand I work like crazy for a health insurance company. It sucks but i get to work from home so thats a plus! Hopefully i wont be there any longer as im nearing the end of the Morts thing and will have to do an internship which means no time to work like i am now.

 

So yeah thats the story of my life.. ha
