There's only 1 show in that city so should be soldout by the end of the weekIf it was the weekend I would...but I have so much other stuff planned next year (including seeing my idol in life being inducted to the tennis Hall of Fame, hopefully) that I can't get up to Canada and back without gobbling up AT LEAST 3 vacation days and leaving me with next to nothing for the rest of the year... However, should I win the lottery tonight...PROBLEM SOLVED (cuz I won't be working anymore)!! If that happens, I'm renting a bus and following Celine for the rest of the tour! LOL! She said that nothing was impossible for René and he may find a solution to add another date for a second show sometime. Apparently almost every 15,000 tickets were sold in two hours except a couple of hundreds (up there) that won't be available anymore monday or tuesday. Everyone seems happy about it and because of the center stage Céline has, a record of attendance will be possible that they didn't have since many years at the Colisée. Quote

Is anyone from NY or NJ going up for this show, and if so, how are you getting there? I'm trying to figure out the easiest and hopefully cheapest way without driving (because of weather and who knows how my car will act). Train, plane, bus??? I was thinking of taking a train in to montreal, then from there to Quebec, but that would also require me to get a hotel for one day more than I would need it...aka...$100 more bucks added onto my expense list lol. I also might just drive and wing it....but I'm not sure how the roads will be up there in February. Are they pretty good about clearing the roadways if it snows up there....or if it snows am I screwed??? hah sorry for so many questions I'm just trying to figure out my trip. I've never been to quebec city...just montreal...and I would really love to go!
