But why don't they upload all the songs from the dvd and the full concert as a separate video for those who want to enjoy the whole show at once. That would be a smart move

Actually posting selected songs on YouTube makes sense as long as they put the full show available on streaming somewhere, but we’ll… We all know them lol

I don’t know really about this conversation carreer preserving.

I remember the guy who was one oh the three that was present at the very beginning and owned the four first songs Celine recorded including “ je ne suis qu’un le chanson” as long as the whole photoshoot of Celine excepting the two that René brought for La voix du Bon Dieu and Chante Noël sleeves.

He wanted to sell it, he contacted René and Celine who refused to buy it and just put a justice claim to make it impossible for the guy to sell or release this material publicly. I don’t understand why they did not buy it. Everything can be negotiated and it wa such part of the Dion masterpiece.

 

The same regarding her house from Charlemagne. It would have been easy to buy it and maybe one day open a museum or something. Just like Elvis and Graceland. Most surprising when we know how Rene was an Elvis fan !!

 

So again I don’t understand if this conversation storage is really personal or as something with a career interest

Maybe they haven't always gotten in right - and Rene apparently had his own ideas a lot of the time. But I think her huge warehouse and how much attention she pays to that says a lot. I agree about the Charlemagne museum idea. Let's hope we still get some of these old treasures released one day.

Listening to some of this concert this morning. I love Je crois toi from this show. I'd love another 90's version, was it performed anywhere else? Also I enjoy the French medley a lot from this show. DUAN and SSD are nice. Would like another DUAN performance from the 90's too as the 2000's performances are shorter. Still a shame this is basically the weakest LTAL tour date vocally.

nice, a setlist with much less lipping. is it true that to love you more was not performed at any other French show besides Paris? I wonder why that is. for example I don't think it was even performed in Montreal hardly ever, except for the June 1996 concert which we have audio of.

I was just checking through setlist.fm to check the setlist of this tour and i saw that apparently Paris concerts were the only francophone shows where she performed To Love You More. She performed It’s All Coming Back To Me Now in place of that song for the other francophone shows (Montréal 1998/1999 and Québec City 1999). I even found a footage of It’s All Coming Back To Me Now live in Québec City in 1999

OMG thank you so much. I was on a work trip when it appeared on Youtube and by the time I came back home it was gone. I thought I'd never get a chance to see it!!

Thank you so much! It's a shame Je Croi Toi is not included but I remember reading that part was damaged on the tape on the original upload. As a backup I have added this to my personal drive. How did you find this again?

Apparently I downloaded it before it was taken down back in April, I randomly noticed today while going through my files!

Both "Je Crois Toi" and "I'm your Angel" were not part of the TV broadcast on TF1. That was the two commercial breaks instead.

the only thing different in the DVD version is the speech before TlYM with different shot, and the introduction before MHWGO. the director killed the images with these blurring effects and the modification of colors. it takes anything. the archive images of the Stade de France without retouching in certain reports or news, raw are much more beautiful, in the bluish tones, we really see the details of his white outfit. but thank you very much for the video.

she also sang Tell Him the 2 evenings at the Stade de France, but the video had a problem on the giant screens and Barbara disappeared, Celine also had problems returning so they did not include it on the DVD or broadcast on TF1.on this TF1 promo we see a very small moment on TH

Thanks! Who knows? Maybe TF1 will broadcast the show again so that we can finally have a nice digital TV version.
