Highlight for me: Ziggy (I am mega jealous) Thanks for the info on it being the french release. It was a promo from Des Mots Qui Sonnent so?

Is it 1993 on the CD? Was it pricey?

 

I am a bit peeved about the Sleepless promo. I had just ordered a copy with some noddy's name stamped on the cover! Your's looks in great condition (The jewel case is a bit grubby though!)

Well actually Ziggy wasn't that expensive! I think it even was under 35 pounds! yeah it's from DMQS, it's a disc only and from 1993... so I guess they decided to promo it, when Céline made a hit with it in France...

 

oh that sucks to hear! I hope you didn't pay to much for it! My case is a bit grubby too but the sleeve and cd are in perfect condition!

Yeah, it is funny that such a popular hit wasn't given a proper release. Was the video shot in 93. Guess it was. Pity it didn't have artwork. But that was a very good price i.m.h.o. (Was that you're biggest expense on this batch)

Have been looking again at those magazines. I love the 7 jours with Rene & Celine dancing and the fab one on the golf course.

They are both really nice. I have always loved that photo on the front Le Semaine, such a sexy look (pity SuBo kinda spoils the image a bit!)

The one with Celine and the little girl is a great photo as well. (From what I can see of it)

the weird thing is, that is doesn't have a catelogue number on the cover, but only on the cd and that's 111201000 like the jewel case EU promo... I've never seen this promo before!

I see that you attempted to peel the sticker off, I take it that had to be aborted. That is so annoying, it looks like they would have been okay if they hadn't put another sticker on the one underneath! Grrr.

Does anyone have this IACBTMN to see if you're disc is also the 36K version (I have the 36K 78345 card single, but it is sealed)

Not sue if these are meant to be together or if the CD & Case are mixed up. I know it's not unusual for Sony to release something this way.

The sleeve is clearly a Canadian Columbia release, but the CD only mentions Sony Music Canada

 

I know that Davey got this Eyes On Me Promo about 7 months ago and I have been looking for it ever since, so was really overjoyed to finally find it. If you don't recall his post the promo is very strange in that the back spine of the insert lists the same 3 tracks as the general release (including the in studio video) but the rest of the insert and the CD lists it as album version only (Which is the case) Also it is marked as enhanced on the CD & insert, but of course it is not!

Anyway, I am so amazingly happy to have got it eventually. It does seem to be pretty hard to come by.

The La Religieuse is in excellent condition. There's a real nice feel to the sleeve, isn't there (not papery at all) I was excira and delira when I saw the EOM promo I can tell you. Definatley worth having. Thanks Davis, if it wasn't for you I'd never have had it on my radar. It was €9.99.

 

Think Twice was a hit?! Which version did your neighbour give you, the French card sleeve I suppose. It's nice to get card sleeves of this song finally. The Misled one I was really happy with, not easy to get on card, in my experience.

 

Yes, I knew that about the IACBTMN card sleeve, but cannot confirm it myself as it sealed, and I may as well leave it like that, but 99% sure it is.
