There are soooo many man buying perfums for their girlfriends/wifes/lovers or just for their moms!!!

I often see men in perfums department of the stores where I usually buy them and they don't seem embarassed.

You can buy them, keep the CD and give the perfums to your girlfriend or mom!

Offical Canadian promos STAND BY YOU SIDE & MA NOUVELLE FRANCE :D I'm so happy with these!! I got SBYS really cheap!! together with the FIY, D'eux and the IA promo... for only 26 dollars!!

Also.. the Irish promo for EOM. it has a different release date then the UK one: 04/01/08 instead of 07-01-2008

I am so jealous of you for getting promo's of SBYS & Ma Nouvelle France!! They are so cool. Interesting the Celine Dion title font is the same on both. You must be thrilled. I bet there are a lot of envious people out there right now. And you got a promo for A Paris that was €30 cheaper than mine was so I bow to your superior bargaining skills. (How was that? )

 

I have totally forgiven you for the Call The Man matey, especially as I have finally sourced one with a cover for myself, (I did print off the scan you sent of the cover by the way, and it looks great with my non cover edition of the promo, but you can't beat the real thing.)

 

I take it that the green look to D'elles is just the way the light is catching it yeah?

 

Your mexican I Drove All Night promo is the same one that I got recently. I've had Spellbound for about 15 years now, but I've yet to listen to anything on it besides the Celine duet!

 

It is a pity the sticker is stuck to the cover on BB, what's that all about? I prefer the cover on my Canadian version, the font is nicer. but is your version kind of like the Le Ballet promo, i.e. the artwork stuck on a white cardboard sleeve, as opposed to a CD case insert?

 

By the way, it's C'est Pour Toi, not C'est Pour Vivre (I do that sometimes too!)

 

Oh and enjoy the Irish EOM promo, it's great to hear that Celine is singing As Gaeilge now too.

yeah it's like a sticker on a white sleeve, but at the back, there's a big round hole, so you can see the cd... that's why the text sticker is on front I presume... the stupid thing is, you can't see the title of the song now!

It's not as hard as follow her tour everywhere or go to Vegas for 100 times.

 

And maybe add his collection together, he can only bid for one or two meet & greet. So I'm sure there're many richer fans than him. But his collection is still very amazing.

dhena, if you really wish to enlarge your collection and have money for it, I don't think it matter whether you live in US, somewhere in Europe or in the Philippines.

 

If I would relay on my local shops I would also probably only get the albums (of course only CDs since 1990 and probably even not all of them) and maybe a few recent singles and DVDs, that's all.

 

So God, save eBay and other internet stores/auctions etc. - without them we would never achieve the collections we have. Ach, and there are also those collector's fairs but I've never been to any myself.

 

Even though, I already said it here or in an another thread: the number or stuff you got in your collection does not determine you being "more" or "less" fan! About 12-15 years ago I hardly had anything from Céline and still I loved her and supported her the same way I do today.

I have a huge collection.... but I cannot post any pic here because they are at home and I'm not at my city, at my country... heheh

 

I have all the first albums - I just don't have the one from the movie I forgot the name now ... lol that has the song the magic man something like that lol , I have many singles, many stuffs, the radion promo cd from 96 i guess, the k7 with listen to me, many things... but I've stopped buying singles since a new has come was released. I just bought like 2-3 and that's it. Now I don't see the point - to myself ´to buy singles anymore, unless they're special. Anyway.... I want that wood box of FIY!!!! hhe I've never seen that before and I didn't even know that it exists!!!! hehehe Wonderful!!!

I only have 3 as I haven't been collectiing them before, they are all pretty new arrivals in my collection. I thik I won't collect all 12", only those with interesting, nice picture sleeves.

And the last item is a magazine fully on Céline, 80 pages full of great photos etc...

to be honest, am not into her perfumes. i just care about having all her songs and videos. (oh i forgot to list Live a Paris dvd which i bought about a month ago). even my Miracle cd is just the normal cd version and im dying to watch the dvd of the long box edition.

 

right now, im really dying to have Incognito, the WalMart exclusive of TC, Complete Best, & Ultimate Box. at least im dreaming of something possible since her 80's stuffs are so hard to find now, and it's very expensive. what a shame i completed everything from Mariah & Janet, while my Celine collection is impossible for complete.
