I remember the shock of seeing this for the first time! I absolutely loved her long straight hair from ATW era, and when I saw her like this I had a "WTF?????" moment too.

Actually, on that first pic with short hair and dressed like a man, she was playing a character. She was singing Le Blues du Businessman that night, and kinda playing along with the role (the song itself is from a musical).

I like Celine with short hair. The only thing I didn't like is the bleach blonde colour she had for a while, or the perm she used to wear at the end of the 80s, but that not really her fault, that was considered good hair back in the 80s. I love the hair cut she first had at the begining of A New Day, it was really cool (like the one in the Sous le vent video with Garou that someone posted, from that TV Special). I loved the short hairdo she had around 1993 - 1995 too, she was looking really hot! I think she has the type of face that goes well with both short and long hair, she's really lucky (unless you're one of those people stuck in stereotypes that think women should have long hair and men short hair, and I know there are a lot of those on this forum, just from the "cut that boy's hair" talk... :whistling: ). She only needs to look out for the colour, but other that the bleach blonde, she got it right all the time.

i don't think that there's a hairdo céline didn't already have in her life! she kinda had every colour, every lenght! and she did some really bad things with her hair (the first weeks of the a new day-show or that bleach-blond short hair: didn't like it at all! )!

Celine looked fantastic at Anne-Marie's wedding. Just more beautiful than words can express. Pregnancy really suits her, I really hope she can become pregnant again ^_^

She reminds me of Marie from Roxette with this hair. it doesn't look too bad though. I cut my hair like that too when I go on holiday. It's the easiest haircut in the world.

I really don't mind the short hair. She looks good with just about every hairlenght. It's just 'the blondeness of it all' that makes you look at her twice to make sure it's really her.

The hairdresser that suggested that colour should have been shot on the spot...

That event took place right after her dad's death. Of course she didn't look too good (and I'm talking about the hair colour). But I think she looked really sexy in that dress, she showed off her perfect figure :wub:

The first pic from 1993 is of Celine wearing a wig. It was because she'd had all her hair cut off (TCOML time) but Sony didn't want to show off her new look until they released the new album. So any appearances she made she had to wear a wig.

The pic of her playing golf in early 2000 i seem to remember an interview with Celine saying when she started her break she wanted a change and to be less recognised so she had her hair cut the shortest she'd ever had before.
