It's a Badgley Mischka - One Piece shirred underwire swimsuit.

 

I hope someone records the full video during TFTEISYF tomorrow. It's the first time we've seen Celine in swimwear since giving birth to the twins. Also really want to see new footage of Nelson and Eddy so bad!
