And with all the moving around she does during a concert, does anyone know of any mishaps caused by those high, thin heels? It's amazing that she is still choosing to wear those shoes because it will lead to injuries, when you wear them all the time: "Structurally, your body is not meant to wear high heels, and you have to do so much compensating with your body when you're walking," Dr. Sherri Greene says. You're likely to get tightness in your calves from these shoes. Excessive use can also put you at risk of having knee problems, lower-back pain, and even neck and shoulder pain, she says.
