Ah so I was right it is the same scarf I absolutely loved that scarf when I saw it on SJP I believe in 08.

And the bag she wore tonight is the Givenchy Melancholia. This is the only pic I could find of her specific bag:

I believe they're the same as the ones she wore on the Sur les plaines-thing. I looked at the HQ's of the ones Michael posted but they've got a braided-like sideseam so they're not the ones...

it looks like some things in Dolce & Gabanna, and it looks like last season aquilano.rimondi. nothing else yet.

I also just did a hunt based on the tiny piece of the shoe we can see in that pic, but I didn't find anything that looked like it.

Yup, I darkened the pic in photoshop and they look kinda ruched from what I can see, sortof like the sides of these (but the style is old so I don't think they're the ones, just similar):
