Heh Never noticed that 1 minute she had the bracelet on, and the next minute... it was gone!

It seemed like her arm was up most of the time during her fist pumping, but I guess it fell when she quickly lowered it.

Darn, not a very good bracelet! LOL

 

Maybe it is because Celine has the tiniest wrists and hands I've ever seen...

 

oh no! I didn't know she lost that onstage! What I wouldn't give to be in the first row to catch it....Chanel, straight from céline's wrist...

 

It was actually funny. I don't think she realized immediately that it fell of, but later during the song you can see her looking on the ground for it. Someone must have gave it back to her after the show, because she is playing with it at one stage in the car scene.

 

Is she picking the bracelet up from the floor, at the beginning of Destin??:

 

I also thought so, but I'm not sure. Could be. In the DVD they don't show that part. On the DVD at the end when they are driving to the airport she plays with it.

I would never throw bracelet that expensive toward someone. I would put it very carefully down on a table and ask people not to breathe on it

Yup, she definitely threw something at the one guy. Strange... the DVD differs from this video. In the DVD they don't show the part where she picked it up.

 

I don't think a bracelet falls off that easily; it was obviously to big for her... Celine has miniscule everything (except for her voice ). In that Oprah episode with the miracle children in 2008 when she came out with that girl whose legs were attached they show Celine walking out holding her hand. I remember my mom was like ''oh my word, Celine has the tiniest hands''. She should just take out one row of the links.

If it's the same, it is surely not the exact same one she wore than, she bought another. I don't think she keeps clothes ten years in her closet.

 

And btw Imgoingtobityou, I'm really impressed that you noticed Céline's bracelet falling on the stage when she performed on the Plains. I always wondered what she picked up from the floor at one point. I thought it was something related to her ear plugs. You guys really amaze me sometimes! You're so observant!

Wow, thanks! But I must admit, I didn't discover it. I was looking through the SLP topic to try to find some HQ pictures and I came across the one of her with the bracelet. A few people after the picture had mentioned that it was only there for part of the song. So, I can't take much credit

 

But I will take credit for discovering its Chanel. I'm always so proud when I find something!

 

 

BTW I'm not ready to believe that the jean jacket is the same. We're going to hunt the latest runway shows for a similar jacket so we can prove it isnt the same.

It doesn't surprise me. I don't think it's about being cheap to her. There was no time, the next song had started and Céilne's main focus when on stage is "The show must go on!"

I'm taking a long shot hunch here..... But my first thought when seeing this jacket is that it is the same denim jacket Celine wore in the 90's, which has a sentimental connection to her niece, Karine. I know there is at least one picture out there of Celine with Karine wearing a denim jacket.

It was widely believed (and I am not sure if it was confirmed by Celine or not) that after Karine passed away, Celine kept and wore her denim jacket fairly often and that was noticeable in several photos back then. Is there anyone else on here that belonged to the Destin Mailing List? I'm thinking it was discussed between fans at the time on Destin, too.

Just thought I'd mention this to see if anyone else can find more info as well as that pic of Celine and Karine wearing that jacket. If this story holds true it would be wonderful to find out that it really is the same jacket.
