I've got a little extra information:

 

170 carat heart-shaped Sri Lankan sapphire surrounded by 103 round white diamonds that totaled 30 carats and hung on an 18 inch white diamond-studded chain. Rene bought it at a charitable auction for $2.2 million as a present for Celine. The couple eventually donated it to the Charlestown Shipwreck & Heritage Centre (formerly the National Shipwreck Museum) in Charleston, Cornwall, UK. http://www.shipwreckcharlestown.com/
