I had a great job, but I quit when my husband got ill and it was better for us to move and change jobs. Now we work at the same school, but on different locations. Next year I'll go to the same location, but if that wouldn't be "allowed" or wouldn't "work" I would have stayed where I am now. My relationship always comes first place. I know we live in a material world, but money is not important in my opinion.don't worry Ray, those who voted for carreer are single. count me in. i don't need a partner at the moment. Quote

They won't be around forever.Work is just a means to an end. Money is not important and does not guarantee happiness. I'm not an expert on romantic relationships. I am 25 and single and I would say I am a lot more comfortable and happy in life than some of my career-minded friends. I will never be rich and I might stay single forever... but the relationships I do have are all that matter to me... I have never been driven by money and I would choose people above a career any time! Money does not make you feel alive... it might allow you live a better quality of life but it doesn't make you feel alive! People do!
