This haircut was a mess lol. I think this is the reason she cut her hair short towards the end of 1993.

Sha had already her hair cut when this photo was taken. This is a wig actually (and a bad one !)

They wanted to keep the surprise of her new haircut for the launch of the album, that's why she wore this wig in this event a short time before.
