I know that Celine wore the outfit with the back to front jacket to the Oscars. But this picture, with the loose hair, this persons face is a bit more fuller, and the lips as well. Celine's face is thinner than that? Also Celine's long ponytail, was'nt it brown? It almost looks like Gerrie Halliwell?? from the Spice Girls.
