Whatever they are reading, looks like it must have come out of the envelope they are holding. Maybe they were in some kind of "meeting". Love the glasses she is wearing, it suites her, and the clothes she has on, she looks so lovely.

That is Celine with Susan Lucci from the All My Children soap opera. She has also been featured in many episodes of Hot in Cleveland as Victoria Chase's evil rival and she was also in another show more recently called Devious Maids. Lovely lady. It's funny to see her on Hot in Cleveland. Her and Victoria Chase's characters are really funny together.

 

Also, that pic you were asking about was taken when Celine was on an episode of All My Children back around 2007 or 2008. If you haven't already seen it, you should check it out.
