Angel, You thrill me Posted June 1, 2008 at 02:27 PM Posted June 1, 2008 at 02:27 PM go to my city, Chicago, go up in the sears tower and look down, the city looks like a map http://www.wunderground.com/data/wximagenew/m/MtnMagic/146.jpg Quote http://www.lady-gaga.net/images/layout11/2.pngAlejandro Alejandro ALEALEJANDRO ALEALEJANDROOO
rome Posted June 2, 2008 at 04:04 AM Posted June 2, 2008 at 04:04 AM (edited) Okay, I'm very frequent tourist of those cities so I've been pretty much at every point of interest in every single one, so here it goes... L.A.- Hollywood Boulervard- The Kodak Theater guided tour- Graumman's Chinese Theater- Hollywood sign- Warner Bros. Studio Tour- Disneyland (if you can go to orlando, florida and go to disney world... is waaaaaayyyyyyyyy bigger than disneyland, way better and one of my favorite places in the world! A must-see!)Also, if you can drive to San Diego for a day go to the San Diego Zoo it's pretty much the best zoo I've ever been to. New York- Statue of Liberty- Rockefeller Center and the Top of the Rock building- The Metropolitan Museum of Art- The Empire State Building - Times Square- Wicked (yep, while in New York going to see a Broadway musical is a must and Wicked is the must-see right now... simply amazing!)- Chrysler Building- Grand Central Terminal- Central ParkAlso, if you can drive to Philadelphia which is very, very nice and, of course, try to go to Washington D.C there are lots of must-sees there... Las Vegas- Caesars Palace and the Forum Shops- The Venetian and the Grand Cannal Shoppes and the Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum - The Bellagio and its fountains, gardens and the Via Bellagio Shops- Paris- MGM Grand and its Lion Habitat- Luxor- New York, New York and the Manhattan Express Rollercoaster- The Stratosphere and the Big Shot- The Wynn- The Palazzo- Treasure Island and the Sirens of TI show (it's free by the way)- Fremont Street- O by Cirque Du Soleil (going to a show in Vegas is just as essential as gambling, partying and shopping and O is the best show there is, after A New Day..., also, Phantom and Le Reve are great)Also, if you can, take a tour to Hoover Dam, which is like half an hour drive from the strip, and the Grand Canyon, the view is just breathtaking. San Francisco- Golden Gate Bridge- Alcatraz Island- Pier 69- Chinatown There you go, I hope this can help and have a great trip and a great time seeing Celine live! Alex_Incognito Posted June 2, 2008 at 04:15 AM Posted June 2, 2008 at 04:15 AM (edited) Here are some helpful hints: Customary gratuity (after meals) would be 10-15% of your meal And enjoy free refills on Pepsi and Coke products! lol Us Americans drink it like water (not really), so about 98% of restaurants offer free refills! American wait-staff will go up to your table countless times to ask how you are doing and see if you need refills. It might seem annoying, but it's pretty standard Water is free at all restaurants In Disneyland----go early! Get everything you really want to get done before noon----as the park gets busier after noon. Chicago is worth a stop----but don't waste your time on the Sears tower---go to the Hancock building and go up to the restaurant for a drink in their bar. It's much cheaper, and just a few floors lower than the Sears tower. Edited June 2, 2008 at 04:16 AM by Alex_Incognito Quote "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990

KimboCosmo Posted June 5, 2008 at 07:59 PM Posted June 5, 2008 at 07:59 PM Trust me...You will not have a problem finding any hotel...they are all jammed together and just one big light basically. It's very easy to find things...and if you do have a question, then just hop on here and ask someone while you are there. That's what I did and there are actually a lot of people from here who live in those places you are going! Don't forget to stop by Chattanooga, TN while your in the US Just KIDDING!
