Celine Art Masterpiece

I have always considered Celine a "true work of art". That inspired me to try my hand at a little more Photoshopping of my favorite graphical subject - the lovely Celine. This time I have made her the "Mona Celine".

 

Tell me what you think. Are there any other art masterpieces that you think she can be transformed into?

 

I am still learning Photoshop so anyone who has some experience and can give me tips on how to make her look more like an "Old Master", please share.

Here is another version of "Mona Celine". I think I like this one better. Any comments? Hate it, love it, suggestions for improvement? I would appreciate feedback, please.

I agree. I had to spend some time looking for the right Celine pic and I didn't find the one for the 2nd version until this morning. I tried to skew the first one to try to match the correct face aspect, but it did not work well. But the second picture seemed to fall right in. I'm glad you like it.

 

Are there any other famous paintings you think Celine would fit into?

I've made Celine into another famous work of art. This time it's Thomas Lawrence's Pinkie (often seen paired with Gainsborough's Blue Boy).

Thank you for the encouragement. When I find the next Art Masterpiece that looks like it would go well with Celine, I'll give it a try. Any suggestions?

 

By the way, Rene' 2, I really like your signature. A different approach than my version of "Mona Celine". Very nice melding of the two subjects.

Thank you very much for your comment. I'm glad when other people enjoy my work (it's not really work, it's more like play).

 

It took me a minute to realize what the picture you wanted me to try was and then I realized it is the picture that Jack drew of Rose in "Titanic" and I thought "What a great choice of a picture!!"

 

I have given it a whirl, but I used PhotoPlus 8 instead of Photoshop, just to try it out. I recently downloaded PhotoPlus 8 and I am not as familiar with it. The tool sets and filters are a little different than in Photoshop, so it took me a little getting used to. Let me know what you think.
