Why should Celine throw Bette's @$$ off, when Celine had had enough, and wanted to do other things, and they wanted another legendary performer who could fill her shoes. Bette's show is doing just as well, and I am getting my dream of finally seeing her this year.

 

Bette and Celine are good friends, and I know Bette thinks the world of Celine. She didnt "take over" the colluseum out of malice to spite Celine and her fans. She did it because she was offered the gig, and wanted to "end" her career with the biggest production she's ever done! She knows she hasn't the vocals of Celine, but she isn't hailed as one of the graetest live performers of all time for nothing.

 

The Showgirl will continue to go on as long as Bette chooses, just like A New Day. Im sure the same can be said for Elton and Cher.
