I think Complete Best could have been released in other countries where Céline's market is getting more and more poor and where concerts are planned like Korea, Australia/New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark or Malaysia. As you know people love greatest hits albums because they countain songs that are already well-known and appreciated. So even if it could have been bad towards Taking Chances, it would have made Céline a little more popular than she's in these countries. Quote
