I taped this performance when it aired (I stayed up for it!), but it's been IMPOSSIBLE to find online. I wonder why certain videos are immediately taken off by networks, while others can stay on for years? I've been dying to watch it again.

 

I know I have the performance but not sure about the interview.

Well, it must not be, that the network took it off. Could also be someone, who simply (and unfortunately) removed his uploaded clips (for what ever reason).

The short blond hair didn't always look bad... a couple times I thought it was actually quite chic and flattering:

Wow, amazing that you have it in HQ!!! WOW! Thanks for sharing! Btw i also loved her short hair,as long as it was not bleached.and more straight. The kind of "curled" version from the unrleased AND DVD was less good.

I will always like Celine's hair darker rather than light, but I sympathize with her wish to change things up. I usually veer between shoulder length and chin length. Long can be more versatile, but it is heavy and takes more product and time to dry. I actually like the dark curly hair on Celine, but all of her styles are good except the most severe phase of the short, platinum cut,

So I was playing around with different hairstyles Celine had in the past, and I found a few that would maybe be possible for the future? They're all stock hairstyles but I placed them on a pic of Celine from May 22, 2003.

Maybe is the lighting...or perhaps stress? or years of blow drying and coloring is taking a toll on her hair?

Maybe Celine has a similar proplem like I have with my hair: As I was wearing my hair for years and years parted on the same side of my head my hair starts now getting thin. Additional: Mostly all middleaged women must deal with the fact that the hair's getting thinner - caused by the changing hormons.

 

Unfortunately I don't have the money engaging a hairstylings-pro to attach some natural looking extensions to cover up that balding - just like in the "Elle"-fotoshoot.

Also... I still don't understand why people were so in love with the ABC Greatest Hits Hair.....

(It's not even the thinning hair, it's just the style in general- it made her look like she was straight out of the 80s, bad mullet and all. This is NOT the classic "Celine" look we all loved from the late 90s....)

THE first show without the wig was on july 9th. Just compare the videos, it's very obvious!
