Celine's Hair

i am a newer member to this board so don't kill me if you have talked about this before

but her hair was very short like 5ish years ago

and now i love her hair but is it real?!?

I wish I had hair like Celine's (in the guy sense). It's PERFECT! People don't realize, but Celine's hairstyle changes more than Madonna's does. I think her best look was the long, straight, parted down the middle blonde look (like when she sang "The Prayer" with Andrea Boccelli) live at I think what was at the Academy Awards back in like 98 or 99. I also remember thenthe TTWII video came out...all the guys in school would come up to me and go "Celine looks SO hot in that video", and I was all "OMG THANK YOU!" lol. I hate when Celine's hair is short. I think it makes her look older. If you look at the Self Titled album cover, and TCOML album cover...even though they were only a year apart...Celine looks like at least 10 years older with shorter hair. I wish she would go back to just having it totally straight....and maybe even cut down to just like her shoulders. Maybe her going back to red again (which was only for a very short time) could look awesome because her skin is so light.

My mother always says to me, when I dribble over a photo of Céline with long hair, '...but don't you know that's not really her hair?!' I don't care! It looks so good!

I would be willing to guess that more of it is her own now... she changed to the extensions years ago, so I would imagine that her own hair has grown out quite a bit since then. Sure, she may have some extensions to add volume or a little length, but I don't think that ALL of her hair is extensions now... I do think her hair looks amazing now.

 

I also liked it during the All The Way... TV special. Super straight, blunt ends and parted in the middle. It was so shiny and pretty... aaawwww.....

celines hair right now is her own....she got rid of her extensions about 2 years ago!

i LOVE her hair long i didnt like it short and blonde YUK! i didnt think it suited her but im glad she went back to her brown and long so much i liked it short and brown just not BLEACHHH blonde haha

Celine's hair is the best now it's ever been, I hated the short blonde one, but also hated the straight parted down the middle she had during the Miracle and All The Way eras. Her hair now, and in 2002 are two of the best looks she's had EVER.

Her hair is perfect now. In fact, she's never looked better. Her hairstyle reminds me of Jennifer Aniston's, which is a good thing. I hope she keeps it this way because this is what makes her look so hot.

her hair now is fine. i think her best hairdo is during her FIY era. (during the memphis concert). i am one of the haters of her short dyed hair. i really hate it! if celine's going to cut her hair short again, TCOML or LAP kind of short hair really works for the shape of her face.

Yeah, and what about in Live A Paris?! I think in that time she looked the oldest ever!! And she was only 26!

In Las Vegas she looked too think. Definitely short hair doesn't match with her!

her hair looks awsome these days yeh! proper nice! It suits her with the messy waves and volumed up look coz it makes her face look smaller and softer. I think it must be all her hair now she started growing her hair pretty much in 2004. So its had over 3 years! haha.

i actually dig the short blonde look lol. it just didnt look too good once it started growing out. i give Celine props for cutting her hair that short. i'd never be able to do that.

I can verify (from a hairdressers point of view) that her natural hair is just past shoulder length, and she does have extensions. But I think shes using the extensions more for volume than length right now (which is what they're usually used for in celebrities). I have to agree with everyone one else that I like her hair most right now, wavy, and in 1999, straight. Not short, not curly. But she likes it short and curly because it's easiest like that. You gotta remember that her hair is naturally really curly, so to have to get it blow dryed all the time is tiring.

I totally agree with you!! I never liked Celine's hair short, even her natural color for it just doesn't do anything for her!! I absolutely love Celine's hair now, it's the best color/style for her and just beautiful! I love the waves!! I'm so happy she let it grow out again and changed the color for it definitely makes her look younger too!! I sure hope she keeps it this brown color and never cuts it off short again!!

i dont think i have ever hated one of celine's hair cuts - i even liked the short blonde one altho it didnt look too great when it was growing out!

i loved her hair in 2002 when she did divas las vegas and stuff - it was awesome and i love it now! but i dont think she has hair extensions anymore - she certainly had them at some point when her hair was growing out but i think she has got rid of them now! her hair looks amazing at the moment!!
