I'm wondering whether the front seat of 288 tix or the 998 tix can be nearer to the stage.

coz i think it's not worthy of taking chances to get 998 tix.

if I can wait early enough, maybe i can get to the front row of 228.

 

can anyone show me the real photo or of the stadium?

if the rm288 is much nearer to the side of the stage might as well we purchased the rm288.

Hmm.... Imagine.... All Galaxy did to inform me was to send me an SMS informing me that their website has been updated. You call that service?!?! Sigh....

 

JessCC, i think that sms is to inform all ppl that previously called them and booked ticket. for your bookings (if you have booked before), they will keep you update, for mine, they called me before they charge my card (to confirm my booking) and once ticket ready for pick up, they will call again......

fyi, the ticket is black and white in design, 15cm x 5cm....no pic, no color ! tho i would have expected to get something more outstanding for that kind of price !!

today i managed to call galaxy and one of the staff confirm that if i book the tix today(3/3/08) i only will be getting the tix from the 10th row onwards(for the rm1000tix)

can someone confirm which row actually that you all manage to get?

yeah Jess - i believe mst of us who left our contact no. with Galaxy received tht 'such a USEFUL piece of information'.

 

 

i got tht right after i called in - i will be getting the RM 788 region. once again, they said they donno exctly wht seats they r - but, roughly told me its the 8th row of the region .. well, though i do feel disappointed with all the service by Galaxy, it's Celine .. So, jst gotta chillllll...

 

U'd be vomitting blood if u were to speak the ppl @ Galaxy - they donno anything..all they know is take down ur credit card details, and charge it!

Shasti got Row F... I'm still waiting for TC tickets, hopefully. Sigh.... Row 10 is one third of the 30 rows available for each block. Great.... TC needs to come up soon, or we'll be way back for RM1k seats, which would not be worth it, by then.

 

actually can i ask if you are buying for TC tickets, who / how are you going to get the ticket from ? why TC ? better ? cheaper ? better seat ??? sorry, no idea......

yup....i asked the gal last evening....she said either block A/B, the first 5 rows (row A to E) are reserved for sponsors, etc, so the best row / seat for public is F onwards.....

if you are getting the front seat of RM 288, then its OK...but if no luck, you are getting the middle or back row, then its too far already....so since it is FREE SEATING, guess u hv to be very early to get good seat....

 

Also, guys, fyi, the lady advised, the vvip seat (the RM 2500 one) is no longer on sale, i dont know why, but they took out already...i guess they reserve again for others......but again, who will buy that....lol.....crazy.....

choice of payments

 

1. credit cards --you need to provide ccard numbers, expiry date, security pin too (if you are using someone ccard to buy, you will need a letter of authorisation on pick up ticket)

 

2. Wire to their accounts (http://www.galaxy.com.my/projects/celinedion08/outlet.htm), pls fax the bank in slip to them to ensure they receive your bookings.

 

3. Walk in to buy at Galaxy office @ Midvalley (if u hv fren in KL). only available tomorrow onwards.

 

either method, pls have your name (as per passport, ID) registered on booking as when you are picking up the ticket either at their office or on that day of concert at stadium, they need your passport / ID for verification

 

hope this helps....

no worries for fans out of Malaysia -- i jst received an email notification from Axcess:- Tickets will be on sale tomorow (Weds, 5th Mar) for Axcess Online bookings and Telephone bookings.

if u wanna hear some opinions from the 'customer service' point of view - i think i am speaking for every1 who has called Galaxy --> Galaxy s*ks !!!!

 

If you visit their websites, Axcess is more up-to-date. When you speak to them, they provide more friendly service. And u can opt for online purchase with Axcess. Galaxy only has phone-booking (they will roll out walk-in purchase starting tomorow).

to add on what zmilez had said....i ve got my ticket yesterday at Galaxy office but the ticket is issued by Axcess with Galaxy logo on it. in my opinion, i think Galaxy is the organiser who will bring artists in, then Axcess will serve as back up for ticketing matters .....their system is more advanced as compared to Galaxy.....

yes...agreed with wht kean said. Feedbacks frm fellow friends: Axcess is more systematic; their expertise is in ticketing - with all the system supports, etc.

 

So, Kean u have got ur tix?? how is it?? I have yet to receive any calls frm Galaxy on the ticket collection
