Hi, I'd love to meet you. I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada now, but my hometown is Montreal. I will be coming with my partner Mary and bringing my mom as well to the show. So...let's make a fan meeting for sure. I'm very excited now!!!

I got shut out of the first 6 Montreal shows, so maybe I'll get lucky and get tix for

these 2 shows. I used my TC membership already, so I gotta hope I get the seats

when they go on public sale. If so, then I'll be there too.

I intend to go to Quebec's 400th anniversary show in Plains of Abraham, 22 august.

Where is everyone staying that's from out of town? I'm wondering where I should make my hotel reservations. It would be extremely cool to spend time with Céline fans from all over.

Yes that would be cool to meet up!! I love Montreal, haven't been there in a few years so I def

wanna go this summer for some shows. I think Gen Pub tix go on sale Feb 9th and I'm just gonna

take whatever I can get, lower - upper, I don't care as long as I'm there.

 

Alex, I've stayed at diff places in Montreal but I usually stay near Sherbrooke a few blocks up from Ste Catherine, which is a good location. The Crowne Plaza and Delta hotels are nice and shouldn't price too high. I have to check out some hotels once I know which shows I'll go to.

Hey JP - looks like a few of us will be at the same shows. I have a ticket for Montreal Aug 31st (section 434) and Sept 1st (Section 320). I'm also going to the NYC Madison Sq Garden Sept 15th show. Do you remember we met in NYC in November? Is Vic going to these shows too?? :clap:

 

They are also adding a show for NYC on Sept 16th (Tuesday), I may go to that one too but I'm not sure when the tix will go on sale.

Yes of course!! We should do a dinner before the show on September 15th! And i think that everybody will be there (Tal, Kathie, Vic, Ramona, Celineildivo...)

Yes, i'm so excited!!! Since i saw footage from the special "Un an avec Céline", it was one of my dream to see a concert of Celine at the Madison Square Garden! And i love so much NYC so the more i come, more i'm happy :P

I hope you'll be able to get a ticket for Montreal :D

Thanks Vic, I gotta wait for the General Sale for that 2nd show. Will you go to both? You should try for

the other Montreal dates, I'm going Aug 31st and Sept 1st. Right now I'm driving up, unless I find a decent airfare between now & then, so let me know if you need a ride for that weekend.

 

JP - sounds awesome, I'm glad you're coming to NYC for the shows. I hope we can all meet up and

hang out again. I had a great time with everyone in November.

Of course you guys know that I'll be there too, with my life partner and my mom. I'm looking into tickets for Sept 1 now 'cause I'd love to take my niece to the concert...absolutely would love that!!!

 

So, anyone else joining us for lunch or drinks or something that day? We'll be doing our little Celine tour and then stopping for lunch at Nickel's on Ste Catherine between Peel & University (around noon, but that will be confirmed). If you can't meet us for lunch, then please join us after the show for drinks and some Celine chat. The famous Tam from Tahiti (TahitiCeline) and from the AND DVD will be meeting us at some point that day.

Wow!

 

I can't believe I've bought my tickets 6 months ago, and now I'm only 2 days away to see Celine and the rest of the band... YAY!!!

Simply out of curiosity, how many of you from this forum are going to the August 31st show?! Do you have good, excellent or so so seats?

I don't have front row, but I can't complain about the type of seats that I have :) Much less the fact that I was able to purchase them!

What song are you most looking forward to?
