celinerific Posted January 23, 2008 at 05:25 AM Posted January 23, 2008 at 05:25 AM (edited) Hello all you people who perhaps love baking. I've recently discovered fun in baking and am looking for some good recipes for things such as cakes, cookies, muffins... pastries, basically. I was hoping that perhaps some of you on here would have some fabulous recipes that you wouldn't mind sharing, or perhaps some good online sources. I've been looking, but haven't found anything "superb" quite yet. So, hopefully, some of you have a pint of magic up your sleeves. Can't wait to see all the lovely things in store! Thanks in advance! angel_christ Posted January 24, 2008 at 02:32 AM Posted January 24, 2008 at 02:32 AM Just saw this topic today. I have a cookbook at home. I'll post the recipes for you next time. Anyway, in my opinion, cooking is like science (That's why there is food science). When we do experiment, we need to stick to the formula exactly what it said. Cooking or baking is like that. Even just one thing that is incorrect or not exact, the result will turn out different (Mostly bad, but sometimes we can make good things out of our mistakes, isn't it?)
