Hello ,i want to ask if anybody knows more about the world tour 2008 dvd,the videos are being gathered probably but when is about to be released?thanks

Almost two months of this tour are already behind us but there were hardly any reviews from fans being interviewed or who have seen the DVD crew around at the shows...

 

I only remember about Jane in SA being interviewed by the DVD team.

 

How about the others?? Have any other fans from here been interviewed during the Asian and Australian leg?? Or maybe you have noticed them taking some captures of your city or the atmosphere before the show in general or something??

 

And do they launch any meet&greets in different countries which get taped? ;)

 

I'm just pretty curious how the work on the DVD is going on! :)

I think I saw cameramen at my Sydney show, filimg the audience and stuff!

 

I dont wanna have to wait over a year for this fab show to be on DVD!!! i know itll be worth the wait for the documentary and everything, but dammit i want it NOW! lol.

i have no idea bout that :P but i did see those 3 camera crew there like what JessCC said. one was with the camera, one was holding the mic boom and another lady

well, we know that there will be one French version and one English version for the Taking Chances Tours DVD, it's sure that the shows in Paris will be filmed for the French version DVD, and for English version DVD, you guys think in which country the shows will be filmed to make the English version DVD? US, UK or Canada ? I think these three countries have the most possibility!

The film crew popped out during the last 3 songs of the 2nd Sydney show (LCMM, RDMH AND MHWGO). I was was extremely conscious they had the camera in my face filming me dancing like a crazy person!!! But I didn't care!! *looks embarassed* They also came from nowhere to film a group of us meeting Celine. Edited by superstarleash

I hope they put the Montreal show on the DVD. It's where she's from, after all. I think the atmosphere would be fantastic. For the English show, probably Madison Square Garden. That would be cool.

I'm agree with you, it will be a great choice if they put the Madison Square Garden's show to the English version DVD, that's fantastic!! For the French version DVD, I still think the shows in Paris Bercy will be putted in the DVD

I want to see the Boston shows be taped for a DVD. However, with the fact that they are the first two shows on the US leg of the tour, I don't see that happening. Even though it won't be the official first night of the tour, it will be the first show in awhile for Celine and they may have some kinks to work out and all.

As far as I'm concerned (and the source is rather reliable), the filmed French show WON'T be the one(s) in Paris!

So in my opinion Montréal has the biggest chance and actually it would be also the best place for it as that's where Céline's at home!! The latest possibility is Antwerp (Anvers) but I doubt they would tape the shows there (although I wouldn't mind as I'll be at two of them, hehe!)

I hope it won't be Paris, i would prefer Montreal.. Not because i'm from Quebec but she beat every record of sell for the concert and in Bercy it's still not sold out :( The energy will be much higher in Montreal!
