I just cant wait for this dvd anymore!!! ah!!! I really hope there are good extras like clips of her with fans all over the world and her sound checks and her getting ready for the concert etc, thats all interesting. i think the backstage pass is unnecessary for this concert. i would not thonk anything too interesting would be going on back there.

I hope on the cd that they have the song One World One Dream that she did at her concert in Bejing. If they don't I'll be sad but I still can't wait for it to come out. I'm excited about the fact that it's 2 concerts! I really do hope that they include the extras and stuff like that such as her getting ready and everything. I think that it is really interesting to see what goes on.

No, Celine did NOT sing any new "Olympic song." She appeared on one TV show in China, the Yang Lan Show, and performed "Alone," "My Heart Will Go On" and "The Power of the Dream." Is that clear?

The idea of having 2 separate shows on a DVD set just sounds silly to me and to any film professionals and producers out there - unless they did the "behind-the-scenes / live-camera / step-by-step" that they did on DVD2 of A New Day... Live in Las Vegas.

 

Think about it - logically... The Francophone concerts are 1/4th to 1/5th French, and the rest are her English songs. I guess we'll just see what the outcome will be. Sony does many senseless things - we can only imagine what's next...

 

Now, another thing would be regionalization - which means that the DVDs released in French-speaking countries include her French songs, and the rest of the world - it's the standard, with the inclusion of "Pour que tu m'aime encore..." then that's a different story. Funny thing is... that story will sound a lot like A New Day...Live in Las Vegas...

Well in some ways your assumptions sound logically but remember that the official Celine's website announced some time ago that the DVD set will include 2 shows.

 

All in all I'd rather have 2 complete shows (even though they're similar in some moments) than having only one with French additions.

And by the way, how do you know, what the setlist will be like in Montreal?

Let's wait and maybe we'll be surprised and will hear more songs from "D'elles" and "1 fille & 4 types"

It's only an announcement, not the actual product.

 

It's not impossible to put two full shows on there. LOL

 

I'd laugh even harder if they put a third show in there!
