Yes i was there - i did my wings in May 2006 - and just recently at the base for my seniors course!

hahahaha I totally understand your reaction! I talked about this at work today! I imagine that when Céline finally is in front of you and you're totally numb for words! And the only horrendous thing you can say is: I think you are great/amazing/wonderful! :mellow: I hope you'll get a second time... but only if I get a first time first! lol

OH and I was so moved by the Quebec fan!! When Céline said 'hey I recognize you' and she almost started to cry when she heard her story... well it had me almost!! :cry:

Yes that was lovely - there were so many nice moments on the fans section. even i got emotional. She really is a genuine woman and i have so much respect for her. She can never know all her fans but it just goes to show she is a human and can recognise people!!

A question - is it me or is Celine looking at my chest from time to time when im talking to her - my friend reckons she was checking me out!!!!! :xmas_laugh:

Celine is so genuine,1 in a million. Most of singers are in it for what they can gain out of being a singer.Celine is true,and i think she does care a lot about her fans.

Iam going to have to watch it again to see if celine is checking you out kev.

i remember his arms at dinner oh i mean i remember him at dinner at cafe lago , we talked for a little bit , i remember him being tired and super worried about taking the tapes over to the production team, he had a couple of bites of food i think.

I told him to take me as his guest with him to meet her but i dont think he was on this planet that day he was only thinking about getting to the production team lol and meeting her, hey i dont blade him. Oh and yeah he is a hottie and very nice too.

It was nice meeting you stud.

i remember his arms at dinner oh i mean i remember him at dinner at cafe lago , we talked for a little bit , i remember him being tired and super worried about taking the tapes over to the production team, he had a couple of bites of food i think.

Yeah i was worried at giving in the tapes - I just thought i didnt do a great job compared to the others - i seriously didnt think they would use my stuff - and was in TOTAL shock when they did. I was simply happy that i got to meet her - never expected to get on the dvd. the days i could film my stuff, all my friends were busy etc.... so had to do it all myself - my other half was working away too so thought my self filming was terrible!!!

Anyways - Looking back i wished i had a few days in vegas before the filming but i was lucky i guess - I was on standby that day and sorted out with my manager to get that vegas flight. It all worked out well :-) Even though i was not all there that day!!! lol!!!! He he he!!!

Covent garden is 1 hour from LHR on the tube - I do it everytime i land at Heathrow. So easy to get to - right in the centre.

Today, Kevin and I had a little rendez-vous in San Francisco.

Due to our schedules, we only had an hour together today. Yet, we made the most out of it. We had a scrumptious dinner at the chic Singaporean restaurant Straits (one of my favorite restaurants), and a cordial and memorable conversation together. I honestly did not want it to end. LOL It was almost like we've been friends for years. It was short, but truly sweet.

Kevin, I look forward to our next rendez-vous.

I know it will be quite soon.

I've only just found this thread! Hi Kev - remember me? We met at the Ha Ha Bar in the 02 Arena in May! You were with James and I was the only forum member that turned up lol!

It was good times - I enjoyed myself totally and it was great to meet some people from this forum in the flesh!

• Red balloons will be everywhere

• Glitters will fall from the ceiling at midnight

• I'll still be sober, drinking my Swedish pear cider 'cause I'm a good boy

• We'd have a karaoke contest

• Then, a piano will rise from the floor... and then some of the boys and gals will join me as we jam together...

• Then, an impersonation contest, lipping to Celine like she does. LOL

• Margaret Cho, Janice Dickinson, and Tyra Banks will come over for a visit

• There will be lots and lots of food... finger foods

• The whole room will smell like Acqui di Gio

• And the rest is a secret... I mean... history! :giggle:
