That's right, the fact he doesn't like celine does not make him a loser, and whoever said that is kind of stupid, since he's literally the best tenis player EVER! Furthermore, he is really a admirable person not only fos his game, but for his big charity work, just like celine. Anyway, my point is you should respect other's opinions, and I think sometimes people go too far here when someone doesn't like celine, I mean to say Roger Federer is trash, c'mon!

You just need to be more tolerant, why do you care if anyone like celine? Just care that you do!

 

After my speech, I just want to say how I LOVE Celine, and how I hope someday I'll be lucky enough to just say hello to her. But, I play tenis, so Roger Federer is my hero, so I'll do anything to defend both.

It was strange for me to read that interview with Roger beacuse he and Celine are my 2 absolute favourite celebrities ever and I was like 'huh, how can he not like Celine?' But it doesn't change a single thing. He can have his opinion and we have to understand that not everyone likes Celine and he didn't say anything rude about her. So I don't think he has to be bashed for this statement. And it was just a funny interview.

And by the way besides being one of the greatest players he is a great person as well. He resembles Celine in so many ways, like his great charity work, his relationship with his fans and family. Maybe his only "fault" is that he doesn't like Celine.

Except that he won't. Are tennis greats such as John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors and Bjorn Borg unknown now? No they aren't. They may not make headlines anymore but they are legends in their sport... absolute legends and Federer is even GREATER than they were. He's incredible and will always be a superstar in his sport... like Navratilova, McEnroe, Graf, Seles etc etc.

BTW, I dont think Roger will be gone in 10 years or earlier.. for the matter of fact he's gonna be immortalized in the likes of Sampras, Agassi, Borg, Rod Laver, Connors etc

 

We can't possibly think that everyone should like Celine, and we can't say rather shouldn't say such harsh words to someone who doesn't like her. If some of our own friends dont like Celine, does it mean that we wouldn't be friends with them and we'd start to say some harsh words to them.

So please guys, just relax!!

 

And people, he never said he hated celine.. he said he didn't like Celine. There's a huge difference between "not liking" and "hating" someone. So I think we shouldn't just rephrse something that he never said.

I think over a year back in Monte Carlo (not very sure) after Federer lost to Nadal in the Masters Series Final there (Clay Court advantage ). I remember watching the interview but it was all in a good mood... nothing that he hated Celine
