Before I went to the One Nite with Lite concert, I wasn't much of a Martina fan. After her performance that night, I was blown away by this woman's voice and power. She puts so much of her energy into her songs. I only know Concrete Angel before seeing her. Now, I'm officially a Martina fan. Concrete Angel is my favorite What do you guys think of her?

I like her. I love this ones for the girls, concrete angel, how far and her newest one In my daughters eyes. When I saw her sing that on Oprah I was in tears.

and Martina like Celine a lot. she stood up to clap for Celine on Grammys 2004. and get the Miracle album from Celine's hand on One Nite with Lite concert backstage.

I never was much of a fan either, but then I heard "This One is for the Girls" and "Concrete Angel" She's a great singer!

She really does have an amazing voice. One of the most, if not THE most powerful country voice there is. She has a Celine-ish quality to her voice, in that it's a bit throaty/nasal, but really pleasant. I love her.

 

She's also an amazing live performer. Her new single "How Far" is really amazing, vocally. She really lets loose and sings high.

I agree with everything you said. I saw her perform live on One Night with Lite about a month ago and she rocked the house, what an amazing performer. Faith Hill, move over.

I love her! Did you know she actually debuted on Baywatch! That's where I first saw her! Some really good songs that I would check out are Independence Day, Wild Angels, Whatever You Say, There You Are and Where Would You Be! They are amazing!

Unfortunetly, in Italy nobody knows her. Her album (and DVD) "Martina" has been released just today. It's the only album they have ever released here.

I downloaded her Christ CD, "White Christmas" it's so great. All the songs are good especially Do You Hear What I Hear. I prefer Celine's O Holy Night over her's. Overall, the CD is definitely worth a listen.

her "White Christmas" album is #15 on Top Pop Catalog Albums. higher than Mariah Carey's "Merry Christmas", lower than Celine's TAST.
