Libeck528 Posted September 24, 2008 at 08:27 PM Posted September 24, 2008 at 08:27 PM My Love video Omg I LOVE YOU! LolI'll put up the rest in a bit. They are not very good though. Considering the lights and all. Nah, I thought it was great cause it was like from my perspective. You must have been like one or two seats away from me. Did you see some girl crying the whole time? Lol that was me. I was in seat 6 row 7. What?!?! I was row 7 seat 9... Lol I didn't notice anyone crying, but did you see the girl with her hand up to block the light the majority of the time? That was me. Were you sitting in between two girls and two guys? I sat next to the guy with the A New Day shirt. I can't believe the difference two seats make! Even the guy next to me didn't have the light in his face. Gr8estReward Posted September 26, 2008 at 01:15 AM Posted September 26, 2008 at 01:15 AM Atlantic City was awesome!!!I went to Philly, too, and was able to give her flowers right before they RAN her through the corridor and backstage, but it was at arm's length. She had grabbed my hand and said thank you, but it was as she was walking through the crowd and then running away... I didn't take my camera because I was scared they'd take it away from me, so I don't have any proof that it actually happened, aside from my friend and family telling me I was on the big screen (LOL)! I was in heaven, though, because after being a fan for 13 years and getting to be THAT close at my first concert was unreal! So, Atlantic City. The crowd was DEFINITELY more subdued than it was in Philly. That didn't stop me, though. I was in section 12 in the first row, which, in my opinion, was probably the best seat in the house because we were on the risers on the side with the smaller floor section in front of us. So we were basically like 15th row floor but level with the stage. I was so happy with the seats...better than my 12th row in Philly because I could see her when she was on the other side of the stage. We could see EVERYTHING!I went prepared to AC: Camera, Sharpies, and items for her to sign if I got the chance when she left the stage at the end of the show. There were steps going down right in front of us and I knew that they might not let us go down there once the show was over to get to her.So, I had been joking with one of the security guards near our entrance each time I went in and out before the show and it just so happens that he was the one guarding those steps at the end of the night. So, after River Deep, Mountain High I took a chance and went up to him and said, "Are you going to let my friend and I down after the last song to see her when she walks out?" His response: "No, you have to exit up." I gave him a pouty face and said PLEASE! At that point he said, "If you go now and find an empty seat, I don't care what you do!" A few people had left...my guess was to beat the traffic (WTF??? Not only was it Celine and I would never DREAM of leaving before that last note ends, but their seats weren't cheap)...so we grabbed our stuff and ran.I patted the security guy on the shoulder and said thanks as we walked back down and he asked me if I took pictures. When I said yes he gave me his card and asked me to email them to him, which I told him I would because he was my new best friend. So, we went to the side she ENTERED on because from my experience it was the same side she left from. BUT, halfway through My Heart Will Go On, Bill (security dude) came over and said, "I think you're on the wrong side. There's a limo outside the door over there, and the whole back row is empty, so you might want to move now!" So we did, and he was right!! She came through the crowd, stopped and signed my book, I told her she's amazing, she smiled and said thank you, and then she moved down the line. I probably could have asked for a picture WITH her but it all happened too fast. Still, FABULOUS to meet her! BUT...I'm still hoping someone snapped a picture of me with Celine in the same shot, or took video of her leaving the stage (even if it was of the big screen)... If you see ANY proof of those interactions, please let me know!! Here's Celine as she signed my book *sigh*http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z71/Leapa1523/Celine/CELINE.jpg Quote ~ Cristen http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z71/Leapa1523/joshandceline.jpg

Ramona, Shishi, Vic, Cristen... you are all so lucky again!! Cristen, your pic of Céline signing your book is so sweet!!! And how lucky you were meeting such a helpful security guy! Christine, you will have your moment as well! Actually I can hardly believe you haven't had any yet as you've been to so many shows with Ramona already and you usually got so close to Céline before or right ather the concerts... I know about the spotlight issue Libeck528 talked about. I experienced the same during one of the Antwerp shows. I've been in the middle of front row, TeamCéline seat, and I had the spotlight in my eyes most of the time... Yeah, and I know the pain of CDWS too much myself.... I so badly need a remedy too... lol...
