Okay, back from losing all money at the casino.

 

About the bright lights, I don't know anything it because we were on the other side.

 

We did get our fair share of attention during the concert from Celine and her ensemble during the concert.

 

On way out Celine walked past us, Ramona got her "Bye, Bye Hamona" and held her hand . Then Shishi got a hug and Vic got to hold her arm .

 

And me, of course, NADA Oh well, my time will come

 

I am now experiencing major CDWS, as this is my last concert for a while until California.

Ok so I just got back from the show, and all I have to say is that is the worse audience I have ever seen! She was great, but the audience was like dead and didn't know it. They didn't stand at all, when people in my section got up they got booed, people were complaining that she was on so long...it was like insaine. They harldy even applauded, in my section at least. Only good thing is I wound up with great last minute seats. I also managed to get some good pics.

Hey all,

 

I just got back from AC -- another fabulous concert, I didn't really notice the audience though -- I was solely focused on Celine .. hehe

 

I'm so annoyed though - I went out back before RDMH & MHWGO to wait for her (strangely enough, I was the ONLY one out there -- it was pretty embarrassing because the security seemed like they were making fun of me .. hah whatever) anyway, finally one of the police officers stopped traffic and yelled, "Here they come!" so I'm totally thinking this is my shot, considering I was totally alone.... well, no the limo didn't stop. I was pretty disappointed, but I'll get over it.

 

Did anyone go to the VIP dinner thing at Caesar's last night before the show? I hadn't heard anything about that - the people there said the invite was based on play, which aggravates me because you know there had to be people there who could care less about Celine!

Sorry guys! I am just sooooooo mad still! I can't believe what last night was! I seriously am in shock! Anyways, yeah we had Team Celine seats. Center floor in 7th row! Really AWESOME seats before the show started!!!!

Then Gordie Brown came on and I lost my sight for the next two and a half hours! My seat was the middle seat of the row and the spotlight from the back of the Boardwalk Hall permanent stage was pointing right at my seat! From the second he came onstage it was awful! It was like looking directly in the sun! I couldn't keep my eyes open! Some people around us got up and told securtiy and the ushers. Then the couple next to us spoke with a manager and they said he was taking care of it. Then a little later I got up and spoke with another usher who said he would speak to someone. Before Celine came on there was a lot of commotion in our section and a lot of security guards talking to people so it looked like maybe they were going to fix it. BUT NO!!!

 

The second Celine came on stage that light was on and I didn't even see her on stage! I had to close my eyes the whole time she was in front of our section! And when I tried to look at her and hold my hand over the light all I could see were her shoes!!! The other times when she was not in the middle of the stage and the light was not in my eyes I had black dots in my eyes like I just stared at the sun! So Celine was walking around with a big black head! It was ridiculous! Really terrible! People all around us were yelling and complaining! It was a complete waste of time and money! We did not pay 500 dollars for our Team Celine tickets to be blinded!!!

 

The whole experience was RUINED completely! I couldn't even tell you if she sounded good or not! Look at these pictures and just think that that was the best I could see her the entire time! But for about 90% of the time I either had my eyes closed or black dots in my eyes! And in the pictures (I didn't even take my friend next to me did and she didn't have the light in her eyes the whole time) the light doesn't even do it justice! It was the worst experience I have ever had with anything Celine!!!

It's too bad that some people had that spotlight in their eyes. I guess that's the disadvantage of when she plays some of the smaller places that are not set up like most of the arenas, or just a bad lighting decision.

Did you asked them to changed or upgrade your seat? They usually do that when there's something block views.

I really would complain though, or try and do something about it - Its not fair, $500!!!
