Good lord!!!! Both songs are among her easiest range to sing, too! Why not add both?

Oh, and they don't add both because Ziggy didn't really play on radio here..

 

Not only that, Ziggy wasn't as big as in France in Québec, not at all in fact. It doesn't compare to L'amour existe encore. L'amour existe encore is definitely one of her all time biggest in Québec, it's such a classic and everyone loves it. That decision is very fitting to the public taste of Québec IMO.

Like I said in french, there is so many good things that pleases me in that interview. The fact that Céline will have a big surprise guest August 22th, that she and all her team are so very excited about doing the shows at home beginning this friday and mostly the fact that Céline and René will in fact stop for a year beginning February 2009 to rest and try to have a child. That is what they had said all along and that's what they will do. So glad for Céline, she deserves a rest and I wish much luck in trying to have this second child. Also it's great to learn that she will still sing in the future after that break and that she still wants to do a movie and probably do in the future concept cds also like a jazz one, a r & b one (so the unplugged one is real possible ). Stilll many things to do...A lot of great things to look forward to in our world as a Céline fan!!!

 

For the show all in french in Québec René said it's someone from Québec design to please Québec people so I think it is going to be Ginette Reno. It's sure it's not going to be JJ Golman or Johnny Holliday because they're not Québécois so.....or maybe Robert Charlebois....but Ginette Reno would surprise everyone and eventhought Céline has become so much bigger star, she was Céline's family idol when she was 5 years old and people in Québec still have a special place for this woman... We'll see....

Just saw an interview on TVA with Claude Lemay(Mégo). Journalist Alexandra Diaz said to Mégo : I know Céline's show begins with IDAN and ends with MHWGO since her first show in Africa...Mégo interupted her with a smile saying : no NOT in Montréal! She said : Céline won't end the show with MHWGO? Mégo : NO, not in Montréal. He said they were very very excited, all of them, to do those shows at home and more stressed consequently.

Anyways, I understand there will be some different things for Montréal apparently.

 

P.S. Support act in Montréal is one thing. We don't know who it will be, René won't tell but someone from Gillett said it would be 'un humoriste'(a comedian) from Québec.

 

As far as the Québec (all in french) show goes, Céline will sing with different guest that were announced already but there is still one Québécois big surprise guest that is supposed to please Québecers that René won't tell about either.

 

Just wanted to clear that up, there are two different unknown guests to look forward to, one in Montréal(support act) and one as a guest on Céline's show on the Plains of Abraham in Québec.

 

Good show or good shows to all those lucky Céline fans who are going to be here in Montréal or Québec.

I really think so too, it would be perfect. if Céline manages to sing it without crying too much and....why not, that would be great IMO whatever... I think she will be very emotional friday. Anyway if I was René I'd bet on Céline doing that song in Montréal and maybe in Québec too.
