It's about a group of Paris-based vaudeville artists who run afoul of the Nazis occupying the city. There are two scenes I'll never forget: 1. In one scene, two lovers (the girl is mute) get shot in a small underground tunnel and as they crawl dying, they reach for each other's hand. They die the moment their hands join. 2. In a hospital, a Nazi official visits his injured younger brother who is a deserter and has fallen in love with a girl from the opposing side. As he cries, the younger one tells his older sibling, " I love you (name). I really do. But I don't want to be your brother anymore." Bridges of Madison County is heartbreaking Titanic obviously King Kong - for some reason I just couldn't hold it together when they were killing him at the end Beaches - at the end when they play Wind Beneath My Wings just KILLS me! I forgot about Pay if Forward, but that was really sad. Quote
