I'm not going to see Celine in my city 'cause good seats are too expensive for me, and me and my friend prefer spend money to see a city and go to see Celine with cheap but great tickets!

Yeah, you can go per pedes and you can also take tram number 15. it's really not far from main railway station.

Have you already booked a hotel? If not - better rush! I know there are already a looot of accomodation possibilities booked out for that time!! in one hand because of Céline's concert but there are also several other events in the city during those days and it's also the time summer holidays just start in Poland.

I just bought 2 tickets to see Celine in Krakow from www.stereo.pl and I am just thinking now how long do I have to wait until I get them. I have choosen UPS delivery and it says there that you get them within 24 hours. Well 24 hours is gone and I haven't received them yet. Has any of you got them from that web site? If yes, how long did you wait fot the tickets.

Also the 24h option is for the shipping and does not guarantee you having tickets as fast. Frist they will ship them to you and you will get them in 24h.

Yeah, I have paid for my tickets on 25th of April and I still haven't received them :( everyday they say that tomorrow they will ship my order. I think it's because of the number of the tickets. There are so many of them that they just can't manage shipping them to everybody so fast. The organisation clearly sucks :/

My only problem is that I am going back to England next Friday. I gave them my Polish address when I ordered them thinking that when they come I can take them to England with me becouse in June I am flying straight to Krakow and I won't be coming home. So if I don't get them by next Friday that won't be very good.

I think I will give them time till Friday and then give them a call.

Well, Stereo.pl got some problems, all the ticket orders there got deleted yesterday due to a mistake/technical error so since yesterday they are busy sorting things out and getting back the orders. A few people got different seats now due to this problem but most of the people got the same seats back.

I've been told that the tickets will be shipped out this Friday and/or Monday.

 

Paulisia, what seats do you have? What section?

 

And is there anybody else living at the Polish address you gave as shipping address? If that's the place of your parents/other relatives, i think it won't be a big problem that they'll get your tickets. I gave my grandma's address.

Even if they ship the tickets on Monday they will be delivered to you by Friday:) UPS delivers things quite quickly, within one or two days so I wouldn't worry that much if they're actually sent on Monday. I would worry though wether they send it on Monday or not, because I've been given the answer "we will ship them tomorrow" every day since last Monday so I'm not so sure about what they say.

 

I'm waiting for my tickets too and I hope they will come soon because I'm just fed up with this sick waiting. I wish I had them in my hands... :(

My info comes from quite reliable source. I told the lady that people keep getting those "tomorrow the tickets will be shipped" messages and she told me not to panic and to be prepared in advance, that the tickets rather won't be shipped out earlier than on Friday or Monday.

So just be patient.

Yeah... I'm not really patient, when I want something now I want it now, so telling me everyday - be patient we'll send them tomorrow just makes me mad!

 

I've never met a company before that after everyhing being paid would keep my order for so long just because they can't manage the organization. It sucks, clearly sucks.

Yes, I've waited 2 months for tickets for Paris and for Antwerp.

But here you won't have to wait 2 months - that's for sure, hahaha!

Well I guess it is normal because of the number of those tickets - probably it's hard to send so many tickets in such short time, nevertheless it is very frustrating and if we pay such a huge amount of money for those tickets we expect quick work and good work... But I guess there's nothing else left but to wait...

Noooo! Higher than shipping inside Poland but I don't know how much is it for abroad.

The best you ask them in an e-mail - Seba posted the customer service e-mail address a few posts before this one.

Yeah I guess it might cost about 60zl not more than the ticket unless you buy the ticket for 150 zl which makes 60 zl quite a part of your ticket

I ordered tickets for Płyta Główna Premium for 220 zł what about you guys. It didn't say if it's seating or standing place and they didn't give my seat number either.

I also have tickets for Płyta Główna Premium and those are standing places.

Theye don't have seperate numbers so you weren't told about your place.
