Sorry. There's no Divas Live anymore for many years. It's called VH1 Save The Music now, and it's not even the same show now.

When was the last Divas Live Show? It's sad there are no more. They were great and usually only the best of the best performed there (like Celine).

I don't really understand why they don't do Divas Live any more. The show in 1998 was HUGE. I guess they can't improve that Anyway, there are big international stars like Xtina Aguilera that deserve participating in a big show like that along with Beyoncé, for instance.

yuk, i don't like that show anymore. the first one was the best one where Celine was the darling of the media and stole the show. the other's make me sick to see. it was a big bunch of 2nd rate people just trying to compete with each other

I guess Celine is the only one that appeared more then once

i cannot imagine madonna or beyonce on there because they couldnt sing if there lives depended on it.

However,

Mary J should NEVER EVER show up at a Divas Live for the next ten years. We don't need no more drama and frumpin', thumpin'.

 

Rihanna? That's laughable! We don't want her Umbrella, but she ain't no diva!

Along with the whole Pussycat Dolls, Rihana is the singer I most despise on earth. Can you get more annoying than that? Her voice gets on my nerves. Give her 5 years and everybody will have forgotten about her.

 

Anyways, the whole Divas thing went way downhill since the first editions. When they start inviting Anastasia (I like her but she is no Diva, I'm sorry) and *gasp* Shakira (calling her a Diva was the biggest joke)...

 

If I could do a Divas show right now I would have Celine, Whitney, Faith Hill, Shania Twain, Cher, Madonna (I don't like her but can't deny she is quite a legend) and Barbra. No second class talents and forgetfull teens, thanks, for those we already have mtv.

She has the most annoying voice in the world. And there was this slow song that she recorded once, and it sounded like she was crying, whining, cracked all at the same time.

omg i want Celine to be on top like in her hay day with titanic again. she will be the toast of the town but they cannot send mix messages by releasing adult contemporary songs like IKILY with a supposedly new hip pop album

honey it doesn't work like that. Nowadays we have concept albums or theme albums.

Its not LTAL where she had a mix match of everything including reggae, R&B, pop and dance music. that was 10 years ago. Celine will be laughed at by the critics if she tries to stretch herself across too many genres of music.

D'elles is a theme album and so should be her new english album, don't be afraid of theme albums, they show case an artist's artistry.
