Which hotel are you staying at?

Why do all the hotels have a surcharge for internet service? I'm bringing my laptop, and of coarse I will want to put pics and what not on there while I'm gone! Does anyone know how much the surcharge is for your stay there? Hopefully not crazy expensive!?

 

 

I think internet at the hotels is like $11.99 or something like that for 24 hrs of use.

im not long back i was in vegas in june and im hopeing to get back in december ive had a thought tho instead of everyone arrangeing different places to meet why not send personal messages to easch other and all fans going make 1 meeting point where we all meet at.......SAY THE FORUM SHOPS THERES A WATER FOUNTAIN THERE AT CEZARS AND ITS A STONES THROW FROM THE PALACE AND COLLISEUM.

I was in the Stratosphere Tower hotel... not that expensive, not at the busy strip, but still you can walk it! I liked the hotel!

Kimberley and Bellamy - I don`t think that is too expensive. I went to an Internet cafe there and paid $5 for 30 minutes.

 

Lee - There`ll be a schedule of where to meet and at what time, but first everyone at each hotel can meet up and then walk together. It sounds simple if you`ve been there, but I, for a bad example , got lost in the Forum shops. It just helps if everyone goes together.

Plus I think all the monorail stations have WiFi although I can't recall if its free...

 

AND, I think there are a few other stores/resturants along the strip that offer FREE WiFi (The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is one). You just have to do a search to find them. Try searching "Free Wifi in Las Vegas" on a search engine and your bound to find some.

I remember when I was at the Imperial in 2005, they had a little sign in the rooms that said that there was free wireless internet. I don't know if they still offer free wireless, you might wanna call/email them.

Looks like the Stratosphere for us...we decided to spend more money on things to do, rather than in our hotel...so oh well, but we'll have a rental car, so no prob's getting around!

For the person that is seeing Celine Dec-10 -17th. That must be an awfully expensive run to stay 7 days at a hotel. What rates are being charged? Especially at this time of year one would think that hotel tabs could run quite steep

 

who me? not really ... where I am staying I get the employee rate since I work for the franchise holder here in aruba ... but the guy who made the reservation for me told me that their rate for december is lower than most other hotels ...

It's not dumpy at all.

It's just a lot smaller than all the humungous surrounding hotels.

It's just a place to sleep but it's so convenient - price and location wise

I ate there once but the rest of the time I ate at the Flamingo, Caesars, Paris etc
