Costa Santos Posted September 3, 2007 at 08:21 PM Posted September 3, 2007 at 08:21 PM "On S'est Aimé A Cause" debuts at #38 on Radio & Records Canada AC National Airplay with 61 spins. It is also the third Canada AC Most Increased Plays track this week. :w00t: That's okay even if it's not a number one. Hope it'll go upper and upper... That extraordinary album must be recognized... I agree with you, but, I think they're all worried about Celine's new English album. Kian Posted September 3, 2007 at 08:26 PM Posted September 3, 2007 at 08:26 PM When I first heard D'elles, I never thought in a million years that they won't release A cause single with video and remixes. I can't believe that we won't get anything else from that amazing album, I'm really sad . It had so much potential, esp. A cause, it could have been huge dance hit across Europe but... . I can understand that they need to focus on TC now but still...I'm sure they could find little time to make another video and release the proper single, even if it has only instrumental on it. Quote

Showbiz We have a winner in the much-hyped rap sales showdown between Kanye West vs. 50 Cent. Kanye West's "Graduation" claimed the No. 1 spot on the Canadian album charts this week, selling over 54,000 copies, according to figures compiled Nielsen SoundScan. 50 Cent's "Curtis," meanwhile, came up short at No. 2, with 46,000 copies sold. If your thinking that Kanye now has the biggest debut of the year, think again -- Celine Dion's "D'elles" is still the top dog -- it had first week sales of 72,000 back in May. COOL! With the release of Taking Chances, she will probably have the 2 biggest debuts of the year in Canada!! Quote
