They have gone overboard with photoshopping her. The most natural photoshopping I find was in Gala when they were presenting RC to the world. Quote

She looks like a singe in that picture. They need to stop doing this to her...it's like shes not good enough for their photo shoot. Celine looks just gorgeous and natural when they do nothing to 'ameliorate ' her pics. Quote

The blue dress reminds me slightly of the dress she wore on her Christmas special from 1997 or 1998(don't recall the year). Her hair up gives the outfit a nice flair Magazine photos of most celebrities seem too perfect - wrinkles removed, noses slightly altered. Look at Oprah Winfrey's photos-the bags under her eyes removed, she has a chiseled chin, her arms look thinner. I am not bashing Ms Winfrey, just making a point. Yes, Céline looks beautiful without photoshop, but people have been conditioned to see outer beauty minus imperfections. She and René must have approved the pictures.
