OMG!!!! Is that her singing opera??? I know it's with Callas, I just hope she'll sing by herself some lines in the opera style, so I can have a good listen, without struggling to realize who's voice is who's.

Was this ad recorded recently? Her hair style is different again. It's hard to keep up with this woman and her hair I love it though, she's so beautiful!

she always wears wigs or extentions , ever since her 2003 hair cut we got to see her real hair once or twice - during vacations or rehearsals . her real hair is much shorter , cruely and....well natural . i hope she'll get rid of those wigs and extentions and we'll get natural celine soon - i think she is waiting for her hair to grow a little more

I just did a little research on Callas, cause I was so curious. They say Callas had a three octave range. We all know Celine has 5, it's been said many times, including by Celine herself.

Yes she did. In an interview with Michel Drucker. He was talking about her voice and he said something like "You have 5 octave range, right?" and she said "yes, that's right". In French, of course... And JJ said it too, and David Foster. And I know the difference between powerfull and octave range. What is not accurate is the info that Callas has 3. It sounds like more... Then again, Callas had such a distinctiv style of singing that make specialists even today argue about her voice, that it was a dramatic soprano, that she was mezzo-soprano, that she was contraalto and so on....Most do agree she was a dramatic soprano, and Celine is a coloratura soprano.

Anyway, it's not really the point. That little clip where she sings opera sounds divine! I'm afraid to breathe, cause I'm afraid the noise would make me miss something

I guess specialists will still argue about Celine's voice when she'll be long gone, just like they do about Callas' voice, because they are so amazing and distinctiv and full of surprises. For the time being, I choose to believe Jean-Jacques Goldman and David Foster, because they worked so much with Celine in the studio, they know her voice and what she can do with it the best.
